Unfortunately Zoomerang has been closed for almost the entire 2024 season. It was open on National Rollercoaster day (Aug 16th) but other than that, I haven't seen it open any other day. Also, the Kiddie Coaster isn't open for adults. The only way to get on it (other than being a kid) is on exclusive ERT days. I love what LC has done with both Wildcat and Boulder Dash. They're planning on retracking more of Wildcat in the off-season so it's almost completely retracked for next season. Also, they only run one trains on all coasters, all year. It's really unfortunate because it makes the waits almost unbearable during the heat in the summer. It's my only complaint I have about LC. I LOVE Phobia too. I know that Sky Rocket 2s aren't generally liked, but I really like it a lot. Good video! 😊

I have rode this ride probably over 20 times. I have never felt the kind of pain you are describing in this review. I have sat front, center, and back, and pain is never a problem. I am 5'11 so maybe it is a height thing for you as you were saying. I personally find the restraints comfortable. I also don't notice much rattle on the ride either. But then again, I have not ridden these other RMC coasters you mentioned, so perhaps they are smoother. The weakness for me may just be the second half of the ride. It is obviously not as good or as intense as the first half. The first turn around after the break run is actually quite intense, but the airtime hills afterwards aren't to memorable. I highly recommend sitting in the back seat. You will get the most intensity there. The drop is more intense and the airtime is stronger. If you go as a single rider there is a decent chance you can get the back seat if it is open and everyone in front of you is in a group. The ride operators normally always ask for single riders.
@CoastinWithQuayz
@CoastinWithQuayz 11 дней назад
@@josephmoore5949 thanks for your comment! I definitely will try some of your tips the next times that I ride. I’ve been on 3 other RMCs and there’s a noticeable difference in smoothness between them and this, so that could be why the slight rattle on JDC is noticeable to me. I think I figured out the restraint issue. When the restraints are super tight, that’s when the hip pain is noticeable because your legs end up being really slanted like an A-Frame. What I’ve started doing is, I widen my legs when they are pushing the restraints down and that creates more comfort and room between the restraints and my thighs as I ride. It’s still not what I would consider comfortable, but it’s much better than before. I agree with the second half being of less quality. Regular RMC coasters tend to be relentless and JDC kinda slows down at the end. It’s still a better ride than the majority of what is at Great Adventure, but it doesn’t even compare to rides like Twisted Timbers, Wicked Cyclone, or Lightning Rod. My hope is that as I ride it more, my opinion of it gets better and better. Sometimes that is definitely the case with coasters. Thanks again for watching and for your comment!!!!

The 1 SF person is the integration officer, a made of title for first 1 or 2 years of the merger. All the SF people in the equivalent position lost their positions in the merger. The CEO runs a company along with the CFO. COO, f etc. The CEO in particular makes the key day to day to operational decisions, visions, guidance, etc.... To make it simple since you don't know business, There is a reason everyone knows whom Bob Iger is, CEO of Disney, he left for Chapek and Iger came back. Guarantee 1 in 1000 people know whom the Chairman of the Board of Disney without Googling it, You are probably Googling it at this moment. Disney's results are based on Iger's decisions making and when they don't meet expectations Iger gets the blame. Chairman just sit in the background and actually do very little , they really just massage major shareholders mostly. They attend a handful of meeting a year and possibly if things go really poorly can get the Board to vote out the CEO. Meanwhile the CEO and the executive team are the actual one's that determine the success or failure of a company and handle day to day operational issues, decisions, etc...(THESE ARE 10 of 11 CF PEOPLE ). FYI, Selim is a clueless wonder and everyone knows it, he was given the Chairman title to sideline him from making any more horrible decisions which he has made with SF. The guy knows nothing about the theme park industry. He ran SF into the ground to the point that SF needed to merge and have CF management take over, This was not a merger of equals. I know finance and business. An actual equal merger doesn't have the executive team be 10 of 11 lopsided for one side and all of one sides people fired. That happens when a company is acquired and/or is in managerial/financial trouble thus has no leverage to keep their executes b/c they have proven to be subpar, which SF's were.

As a former welder for B&M, I’m assuring you all, these are the Mercedes Benz of roller coasters. From fabrication through paint, these coasters are extremely well built and meticulously monitored during the building process. Each coaster they produce is truly a work of art. Best in the business IMO.

@@whisperingbuckeye that’s so cool! I live like 20 minutes from Philadelphia Toboggan Coaster Company. I would love to get a tour of their place sometime. I’m fascinated by the construction and engineering side of coasters.

@@CoastinWithQuayz we had a crew from TLC come in and done a show. I believe it was called roller coaster wars. It was around 2005-06. I’m sure there is a lot of videos about where B&M tracks are built. Just search Clermont Steel Fabricators on RU-vid. The plant is in Batavia, Ohio. It really was an awesome job experience. I’m glad I was apart of it.
