I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
Find quality stocks that have long term potential, and ride with those stocks. I have found it takes someone who is very familiar with the market to make such good picks
that`s a lot of BS.. these super millionaires had to lie, destroy competitors, steal information from others.. in order to become rich.. I am not willing to do that just to become rich..

Don't give me the "Work hard/work harder" BS Cliches...the poor work much harder than the rich can dream of. These Multi-Millionaires and Billionaires sell pipe dreams that they just worked harder than everyone and got to where they got, and you can too if you do the same... But they leave out family wealth, government funding to promote the government agendas, family members in politics, corruption, greed, deletions of people, destroying competitor's businesses, stealing ideas, etc. etc. etc. It is all BS to keep the ignorant masses on the everlasting hamster wheel of HOPE to no where.

In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. But my primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $240k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains, sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings are lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains everyday, I need a remedy.

you are completely right, Advisors have information and paths that are not disclosed to the public.. I profited $560k in 2023 under the tutelage of my Fiduciary-counselor. Am I selling? Absolutely not.. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.

I initially did the lump sum buy, 125k into SCHD, 75k TSLA, 25k VYM, 25K VUG. Now I'm dca buying roughly 2k every week of whatever is on sale, and looking to add more tech positions to my portfolio. I'm looking to hold long term 15 - 20 years, so hopefully my lump sum buy in doesn't bite me in the ass long term.
