Okay after one time hearing it just my analysis. The intro is setting up the tempo and the tonal Center and the different harmonic intricacies that are going to happen. After the intro we hear a chorus of what we can describe now as pure Pasquale. Now I will go back and listen to it again but I believe it was just one course of that before he goes into the second time through which is more in a traditional Bebop playing of a Barney Kessel or Joe Pass and he goes 2 courses of that before getting ready to take it out where he actually merges the two Styles together. Brilliant I'll go back and listen to it again in case it was actually two courses what I called Pure Pasquale playing
Okay so I went back and listen to it again and after the first time around of what I call Pure Pasquale playing he uses a sort of free-form tag to extend the first course almost like a additional intro into the second time around where its more traditional
