dear subscribers and viewers, my youtube channel was hacked and not available for a while. The RU-vid Team is still working on the recovery of the videos. Stay tuned and thank you for your patience, Geramicc85
Great video! I was able to die what you showed in your video last year when I first replaced my inserts. This year however, the insert base is tearing apart from the body and remaining stuck in the track. So how can you removed the end caps when this happens?
I was wondering how to get those end caps off without force. Your video showed the way clearly, concisely, perfectly. And by the way, great thinking! Thank you so much
Question the power wire that runs from the battery is huge compared to the red power wire that comes out of the compressor.. my question is how do you connect that big power wire I'm guessing 8 gauge to that small relay?
so is their a difference between doing it outside but draining the oil down the sink?? AND using a blow dryer when it says not to..... not good ways to get those subscribers your looking for!
The problem is that you're replacing Bosch silicone / rubber blades with a piece of Chinese cheap rubber crap, which makes the whole process pointless. If all you want to do is save money, buy cheaper blades, like 3M.
I have 94 ram 360 runs great, idles 5 minutes gets like it’s flooding quits. Starts up great five minutes later does same. Replaced all the usual parts. GOT ME STUMPED? NEED HELP?
You have high speed glazing on the rotor, looks like a fuckin' mirror. Race, not a drive...lol. Bearing & race should be a matched set, only. Being a 60 yo mechanic, the funniest thing is the "Gloves" EVERYONE is wearing these days. Grease, gack & slime ain't gonna kill ya. That's why they make Fast Orange, Go-Jo & shop rags...lol
I didn't know you were supposed to pull the new rubber pieces apart to get two blades. I kept looking at the two pieces that came from Amazon and thinking what the heck is this. There's no flap to wipe the screen. I mean I was this close to sending them back because the package said "4 pieces" and of course there were just two 26" strips. Then I watched your video and I became fully enlightened!
Brother . Videos like this are an amazing resource for us regular folks trying to keep old trucks running. You are awesome. Thank you for such a clear and concise video.
What if headlights come on but not gauge illumination? Can it still be the entire switch or knob or another issue entirely? Help, broke, cant afford garage.
Thank you finally what I was looking for and yes for most part it swapped over to help with my 97 S10. Putting in new rear end and needed E brakes unhooked then put into new drums. I will be checking out your drum brake video as I hate and never get drums right,,causes Alot of undo stress and way too much cussing on my part.. So fingers crossed as I attempt tear down brand new drums brakes..
❤ I love your video I have 4 VIAIR air compressors in the toolbox of my pick up truck, just for airhorns and nothing else I’m looking to find out if the company actually sells new seals for the compressors 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you. I was doing mine last night and came across that problem. Used your trick to remove the blade. I had premeasured replacements I just did your removal trick in reverse and fed the new blade through the hole. Compressed it enough to get the whole blade on then just released it.
Thank you!!! You should relable the title to 2nd gen ram e brake repolacement. I looked for a couple hours for this video but didnt come up in any searches at all
Bro, you should wear a respirator and gloves. That red oil and cleaner are highly Carcinogenic. I.e it causes Cancer and Genetic defects. It's written in the manual.
❤❤❤ when I put my system together I used 4 Viair air compressors because I don’t like my air compressors to be in the dirt and the bad weather, as well as high humidity and water. I put my. 4 Viair compressors in the toolbox of my pick up truck bed. I have an air pressure regulator that regulates the amount of air pressure that goes to my air horns, and it only takes seconds for me to have 200 psi but I’ve pumped it up to 250 psi and checked for leaks, and I had no leaks. I do have a conventional dial air pressure gauge that has two needles won the monitors, the air pressure in the tank and one that monitors the air pressure. That’s been regulated and released to the air horns. I have an air pressure gauge right in the cab of my pick up truck. Bet your conventional needle air pressure gauge, but I do have a dual air pressure gauge that is digital and I’m thinking about installing it just for a cool unique feature in the cab of my truck. ❤❤❤ I did set up my system where I can plug in an air hose and blow up my tires or somebody else’s if they have a flat. I have $3200 worth of air system in the toolbox in the bed of my truck and everybody that seen it is totally blown away of what I constructed. ❤❤❤
