Hi there, that sounds like a valuable function to have. To our knowledge, we don't believe there is software to limit to a certain domain. You may have luck using the Guided Access function on iPad and block out any area of the screen that allows the user to navigate away from your site. Hey is there a way to turn off the light sensor The kiosk case must be covering it up as the iPad thinks it’s dark and the brightness is so low you really can’t see the screen

You need to upload a video where you actually se how the cables are managed. Is there a hole in the bottom? Does it come out the back? Impossible to tell

Connect your Cash Drawer to the Printer using the supplied cable (as shown in the Printer setup at 0:29). Then, if you have successfully set up your Printer in the app, the Cash Drawer will also be available to add. I'm curious about the point of contact between the screen and the top cover. Does it make direct contact with the screen to keep it secure? Is there some kind of padding to avoid scratches? How much of the edges does it cover? Is the lip of the cover's cutout rounded, or does it have an edge?
Hi there. Thanks for watching! The lip of the frame that surrounds the screen is curved, and the powder-coated aluminum gives a relatively soft finish, so there would not be any issues with the frame scratching the tablet screen. Several of our Elite mounts (depending on the tablet model) have a thin acrylic insert framing the table screen, which also helps to act as a buffer between the tablet and the metal frame. The models that don't have this acrylic insert will have a thin double-sided-tape strip, with release liner covering, which offers a similar protection.
