ETHAN kept popping up on my fyp months ago. then i saw him on Karl Shakur's collab post. his part of the video was different . funny thing is, i didnt know him at the time . i just saw him as a random popular creator but i felt the different aura and uniqueness that was emiting from his own takes on the shots. i checked his page out and i loved how he just talks respectfully about his view on something or an artist he researched about. very cool

Eun Hee has such a wonderfully diverse and exciting background. She has lived experience from two very acient cultures. Each with world renowned cuisines. Why didn't the hosts explore her wine and cuisine knowledge? Why didn't they explore her time in Mexico? Her favorite Mexican/ Korean/ New York dishes. What wine would she choose to savor with say, a New York 🍕 slice? Mexican cuisine and her favorite wine pairing with, Mole rojo? Dessert wine paired with Mexican chocolate? Which wine pairs well with bibimbap? How does Korean cuisine differ from Mexican cuisine? In particular, differentiation of spices, flavors, texture? What is her favorite Mexican street food? What is her favorite Korean street food? Why does she loves French wines as opposed to Spanish or South African wines? This could have been a wonderful exploration of her experiences, knowledge and talents. Why weren't the hosts more prepared? I have to say, I'm disappointed with this interview.

Right now I only have 26 minutes watched and I would disagree with J-ms4hv cause I really like how everything was structured and was full of insiders information (which normally you would get only by meeting and talking to the person eye to eye, and that’s very improbable most of the time). I like how the questions come as a follow up out of interest and depending on how the dialogue develops, so really cool and thanks for that!!! That’s a real conversation and I love it.
