Why does the anti-vegf work for non-proliferate diseases? For example for Mac edema in npdrp or vein occlusion with Mac edema? In both cases the edema is not due to proliferation..

I was told I also have the same thing, fluid pockets, I asked the doctor what can I do for the fluid to release but they said "nothing" I feel hopeless if I just have to "wait and see" . And I'm hoping to "see" indeed.
