We create RV content that we hope will make your outings more rewarding. We are Ron and Shannon and we are empty nesters who got caught up living the American dream. We were unfulfilled in life and realized that all we were doing was running on the hamster wheel of life. We were waiting for someday to come so we could live our dream life. We discovered full time RVers on RU-vid that were living our dream and realized we could start now and not wait. We decided to sell our Sticks and Bricks and move into our RV full time. After 18 months living in our class we decided we need a home base. We are currently living in our home base in Arizona and RVing a few weeks a month. When we arrived in Arizona, we downsized from our 37 foot Class A to our new to us 25 foot Class C Navion. We are focusing on creating a life with more intention. Join us as we explore RVing, minimalism living and a life with more purpose.

Curious as to how many nights you would’ve had to pay for the RV to park in a park versus the 2 nights you stayed in the hotel. Would the RV rental charge pay for one night at the hotel?

Don't miss this video as it has the potential to save eligible people hundreds of dollars a year in camping fees. I have been camping free of charge in two different states for up to 18 years. All those years I have saved thousands of dollars. Don't miss out on this opportunity to see if you too can camp for free.

My TPMS (Tire Minder) monitors PSI and air TEMPERATURE in tires. Anyway, it already saved me a tire and probably a rim on my towed car's back tire. I was alerted immediately and pulled off the highway. Otherwise, I would have kept on driving until .... ?

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with GMG. I have not had any problems and I've cooked on it probably 50 times at least. I had a similar problem with Asmoke. Smoker. It wouldn't keep temperature at all. I replaced the temperature sensor twice and customer service was less than stellar help. That smoker ended up in the dump. Thanks for watching and good luck and finding a smoker that works for you.

P.S. now I’m trying to power the gateway straight off the batteries instead of converting it from 120VAC TO 15VDC. I’ve ran the gateway on 11.5 VDC TO 14.5 VDC and once you start getting down around 11.0 volt connectivity is weak and the gateway will shutdown and try to restart. Once it gets that low and shuts down I just turn it off and disconnect from power. I just need the proper cabling to cigarette lighter power port. Not something I built that I don’t trust completely, I’m a diesel mechanic but I’m not wanting to let the smoke get out of the gateway.

I’ve been using T-Mobile home internet for just shy of 2 years now. And if we are traveling in more urban areas example Colorado Springs to Cheyenne WY, I can turn on tmobs gateway and have internet most of the way up if not all the way to the Wyoming border, then it kinda hit and miss. It’s been awhile since I’ve been that way, so it may have changed. I really like t-Mobile’s home/mobile internet. I generally pull speeds between 200 and 350 megabits per second with the highest I’ve ever gotten was 675 megabits per second. Good luck and Happy Trails. Jeff

Thank you for sharing. Today we drove home a 20 year old class A model from a private owner. We had the same issue not more than 60 miles down the highway and noticed the Hydraulic Jack light was on showing one of the levels were down. I pullled over and noticed it had moved down 4inches. Lucky I pushed the (store button) and it retracted. Unfortunately this continued every 60 miles. 320 miles later we finally have home. At least now watching your video I have something to check. Thank you again ❤

Does the phone connect directly to the grill via WiFi or do you need a central wifi network to connect through? Go Cougs!
@OurMorningView
@OurMorningView 6 месяцев назад
You can connect to the grill locally using the bluetooth on your phone. You can also connect via the Wi-Fi and you can control the girl from anywhere you want. In theory you could be on your way home and start your grill from 10 miles away. Not sure that's the best choice, but possible. Thanks for watching. Go Cougs

I just started to look at the t-mobile internet option, especially after looking at the most recent coverage map, and seeing that it is 5G where I live, while my long-time carrier is still 4G. Wish I had started my research a month ago, as the price has just increased to $60/mo, but they do have a 55+ plan, and other lower prices when packaged with a phone plan. Glad to hear they are okay with the mobile lifestyle!

Thank you I'm a truck driver over the road and I paid literally $180 for Verizon internet only and $100 for AT&t so almost $300 a month. I use them in two different pepway routers now I'm definitely going to try this third one when I'm going across the country and if T-Mobile works most the time then I know I can either cancel AT&t or cancel Verizon or heck I might just keep all three for an extra $50 a month lol. I just ordered mine today because of your video Thanks so much.

I remember those high Internet cost days. I too had a pep wave router and was paying around 300 bucks a month for Internet. Not to mention that it cost $1500 to set up and get going. When I got rid of my class a motorhome the pep wave went with it. So far the T-Mobile’s been working great for us. The test will come this summer when we start traveling full-time through the Pacific Northwest. Thanks for watching and commenting.

The current FAQ's state that you will have to call T-Mobile when moving to another address for them to verify that the area is eligible for TMHI. If not, that's what they introduced the tiered plan TMHI lite. "Yes, customers are required to call T-Mobile prior to moving to confirm that their Wifi Gateway will work at their new address. If T-Mobile Home Internet service is available at the new address, you can use it as soon as you move in. If a customer moves without notifying T-Mobile, they may not be eligible for service." I'm curious if they will cut people off who constantly use TMHI away from the registered address.

@@OurMorningView Thank you for the reply. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with a GMG representative this spring and was leaning on the app and having a disconnect with the app from the grill over the wifi causing the temperature to drift. Since I was not using the wifi this round of cooking I can rule that out. A buddy of mine has a similar grill and problem. he wound up replacing the temperature probe or something. I may try to run it today to see if I can figure it out. Contacted GMG Friday and have not gotten a response yet.
@OurMorningView
@OurMorningView Год назад
@@dungareenavy5970 The temp is probe likely the problem. Hopefully, the GMG will get back with you on Tuesday. I has a similar issue with a smoker made by Asmoke. I initially thought it was the prefect smoker. Then i experienced fluctuating temps. I contacted Asmoke and they sent out a new probe and then a new control card. I finally, gave up and took the smoker to the dump. If you look on line you'll find lots of complaints about Asmoke not keeping accurate temperatures. I did a video on it with a follow up write up in comments.. When you're doing a long smoke, you must have constant accurate temperatures. Again best of luck.
