For me I'd like to have this, the De Luxe 421 and the Automatic 410 in my collection. Old machines were very much nicer in appearance and many other things. Miele didn't sacrifice their build quality either, until possibly very recently(2015?) as far as some people have said.
Hello, I have the same dishwasher. But it suddenly stopped working. It doesn't even start. Is there a way I could restart it? A little back story: for the past one month, the machine is giving me some white deposits on the dishes after it's finished. Some people are telling me to put special salt in that. I was doing it right now, but then it didn't start. I put the salt in the small container on the left side of the base (the one with the lid).

Have AEG oko favorit 6050 which has been very reliable dishwasher for over 20 years - using daily till this week, the starter button will not lock in - if I press it, the power is on and cycle starts, so there is problem with start button, can it be repaired ?
Yes, it can be done. Very much so. Definitely worth it and worth keeping. I have the exact same one. Best model ever from AEG-the 6050. Mine is now approaching 30 year's old approximately. Plus minus from the mid '90's. Still runs quietly. Washes well. Dries superbly. Looks like new both on the inside and on outside too. Never get rid of it!
