Omg 😱 the worst balcony we have ever stayed in avoid there is no daylight in the room so very dark you need lights on in the day VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CABIN we’re there now !!!!!!!
I stumbled onto your site and the title caught my eye. Not sure when you looked into HAL Mariner Society details but I’m here to say your off target. As a 3 star Mariner let me tell you what we have never received. No magazine, no embark lunch, on-line store does not honor discount (recent experience) no photo of ship, always stay in Neptune Suite and still don’t get this stuff. No fresh fruit, no boutonniere or flower for first formal night.. My travel agent has sent HAL numerous inquires about our lack of benefits and have yet to hear back from them. We are talking years of inquires. Even reached out about on-line store discount, and crickets! So with that said, if you know of a way to get them to honor these benefits, please let me know. PS..even contacted Neptune Lounge staff with no luck. Thanks for sharing
I saw this video as we prepared for our 2034 Norwegian Cruise on Carnival Pride. Vassbakken Kro and Camping was probably the crown jewel in our 21 day Norwegian and Baltic cruises. I was so happy to be there I just had to tell you thanx! The beer was cold and the view was phenomenal.
Carnival Pride used to be based out of Baltimore. Coincidentally, Baltimore has a tall masted ship called "Pride of Baltimore II". (The first Pride of Baltimore tragically sank in 1986 and lost four crew members)
As of Elite and up, you also get access to a daily Elite Breakfast every morning that includes a select number of drinks like Mimosas, as well there is a 2-hour happy hour for Elite and up every night at any bar on the ship with a selected list of drinks. This is useful, for instance, if you dont' get the beverage package. It's a great way to save as you have this status for life and if you don't need TOO many drinks all day, you can get a few to get you going at the breakfast and then from 5-7 get yourself ready for a night out!
You've got the WRONG logo on this video (at 5:05min) the older ship sig. on the newer ship is GONE... "thanks to the last president Ashford" I'm a 4 Star Mariner & have been sailing with Holland more than 50 years (also sailing with 12 other ship lines), and quite frankly, both of Royal Caribbean lines (RC and Celebrity) are F-A-R better!
I’m sorry, but you lost my attention after the first few minutes. Filming rain saturated outer decks at night-time, whilst initially highlighting a smoking area and a luke warm ‘hot’ tub - doesn’t promote a feeling of “I need to be on this ship” - far from it. A little, light background music during the silences, would also have helped.
Thankyou for the feedback. I like to film every ship and this was filmed during the media only pre-cruise which was only a one night event so I had to make use of the time I had!
