Hi there, With the Altima there is a separate Seat and Carrycot. This means there wouldn't be a harness within the carrycot so baby can lay comfortably on the mattress. The seat unit is then used from around 6 months or when baby reaches 9kg
Hi, thanks for reaching out! Our Rotator Car Seat can be used front facing from 13kgs if preferred, but must be used forward facing from when your little one reaches 15kgs. When in front facing mode, if you are still using the harness, the vehicle's seat belt does not need to be used. However, when your little one is at the stage that they no longer use the harness, the vehicle's seat belt must be used instead. Hope this helps!
Hi there, rotation is locked into place until the leg is fully extended and pulled out towards the front of the car. This should have an upside down 'L' shape. If the leg is not fully extended in both directions, the car seat will not rotate as it is supposed to. Hi there, Please do not worry, the changing mat is included in this bundle as part of the changing bag set. This is why you would not see this in the images. The changing mat folds up into a small compact square for ease of carrying it around

Hi there! Unfortunately the Stomp Luxe cannot be folded with the pram seat in place, we do have brand new travel systems in our range with this feature however. Why not check out our Altima and Atom models which may suit your needs?
I’ve ordered this, then seen the reviews…. Can you explain to a first time mum how this is safe if babies are chin down and too upright? Before I cancel the order?
cancel your order it’s a terrible car seat they’re constantly in chin to chest position i’ve had to order a new seat as it stressed me out so much seeing her squashed up like that

2 months old is not sitting ok on car seat when is fixed on stroller…she supposed to stay a bit on the back, to be layered but she is acc sitting as a toddler and is not ok at all!
I love my V4, my daughter is 18 months and we’re still using it, I lost one of the handle height buttons and I called customer service and they sent out another first class, lovely pram and I lovely customer service 😊
When baby gets a bigger their legs no longer fit inside the frame. Having a difficult time getting my daughter to keep her legs inside and not dangle them over the edge
Very sturdy in comparison to other strollers that we had. I get a lot of compliments for it. My baby loves being in the bassinet, The ru-vid.comUgkx4qZutfp1y5CaTUcMTuFPbARE5u-8XLiE stroller comfortable. I like the rain cover and the white net that comes with it. I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.
Honestly the worst isofix base to uninstall. They keep saying you should just be able to pull the tabs and pull it out but that doesn’t work. We finally got it out after wrapping an old iPhone wire around the red tabs and pulling extremely hard.
I love this pram I have it just brought it but I’m scared it’ll break soon it feels very flimsy and the car seat my little one is only 14 weeks and 15pounds and hardly fits in it! Very small car seat other than that it’s a lovely pram
