I have 3 days only, I know my preparation is not soo good and It's freaking me out. I am thinking what will happen when my all batchmate will become doctor and I will lag behind. Those 6 months,how'll I survive then? But I can't study now.. I feel anxiety whenever I take book in my hand.. I feel like I am extremely tired and need sleep though I am not... Now, I have suicidal thoughts also...
From my experience with Chemical Engineering, it consists of Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Economics. This course is bloody tough! Most of the time, you'll be doing CALCULATIONS, so you'll have to be good especially in MATH! Good luck folks 🙏

Lol I use to think panic attacks were fake, until I experienced it for the very first time last week 30 mins before an exam (or I think it was a panic attack). Isn’t irony a funny little thing? I couldn’t breathe, my chest felt tight, my heart was pounding through my chest. Went to urgent care and the doctor didn’t like how my ekg looked and my blood pressure was in the 140s (it has never been that high, it’s usually in the 100-120 range. All I know is I never wanna feel that way ever again and I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy. The school system is so messed up that it’s causing students to be sent to the hospital bro. Isn’t that crazy? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t give put 100% of the blame on the school system, I also blame myself. I feel like if I was more prepared, I wouldn’t have gotten a panic attack…. Or maybe I still would, who knows? I did spent a lot of hours preparing for the exam thou I’m 4 seconds into the video and I had to pause it bc my heart started pounding just thinking about the fact that I’ll have to take the exam i missed in 3 days time. Idk what to do. I’m scared to watch the video. For others who finished the video, was it helpful?
Very hard to get through a Ph.D in Neurology in terms of study and mental health. Admirable!! I am starting my third year Ph.D in Neuropsychiatry and hope in the next 3 or 4 years ahead to take more 2 years in Neurology.
