Hey guys, good presentation of these marvelous products, i have a question, i am using WiPG-1000 for presentation in my church, i want to replace it, with ClickShare C-10? is there a problem or it is convenient for us?
Were you able to use this camera's auto tracking features within a conference call? Works great inside the PanoCam Studio but can't get it to work within Teams or Zoom...
Hi Brian, Yes you can cast to the unit without button, you will need to connect to Barco ClickShare WiFi to cast. The button enables flexibility and keeps WiFi available to laptop for Internet connection to Infrastructure Waps.

Hello Viktor, Thanks for your comment. In regards to slowing down the tracking, there is no option to change this within the available presets. I have found on the operational stand point, the camera does work very well with the tracking as its doing all this in the back ground. You don't see the reference boxes chasing you around. This was more of an example of how quick and how many times a second its refreshing to keep the subject in frame. Thanks again for your comments and we appreciate you watching our channel. Justin
Hi David, thanks for your comment. The sets are slightly different in the APAC region. Our sets do come with the buttons as stated in our video. C-10 with 2x buttons and the C-5 with 1x button.
