I loved the way that they did that Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous introduction. Right from the start I was hooked because of the comedy. Unfortunately I didn’t finish it because of the crazy fast gameplay which triggered headaches for me.
Also fun fact (although minor spoiler for the first five minutes of the film): Zeta Reticulli is mentioned right at the start of Isolation as the location in space where the nostromo's flight recorder unit is. It's also on a screen written as the destination about 30 seconds before you see the nostromo's name on the wreckage, so thats a nice nod and reinforces continuity.
Also there is the swinging bird thingy in the first scene, where the girls is sitting with the android and the acces for androids (where they first landed at the spacestation) opened by 3 presses of a lever and one button press
That's a very cool little detail, I'm going to annoy all my friends with it whenever we watch it next >:D And romulus definitely made me want to get back into the game!
I Hope Borderlands 4 is Borderlands and Not Like Tales from the Borderlands... I dont Like those "Games" that feel Like watching a movie with QuickTime events
With how games have been for the past several years, there’s no point getting excited until they show off real gameplay elements or story. Big studios are great at making trailers and advertisements, but often fall flat after that.
The movie is out? No wonder it’s got a 10% rotten tomato rating. Basically no one has seen it yet. I’m pretty sure mostly everyone knew the borderlands movie wasn’t going to be great. So long as it stays respectful to the story, I’ll be happy. It’s the same sense as the Fnaf movie. It may not be a masterpiece if anything far from it. However, it’s the only movie we’re gonna get of that game anytime in the near future if not ever. So I’m going to enjoy it no matter how crappy it might be.
The thing with this game (which to be clear, I will be getting still) is that they’ve beautified it too much, it isn’t doesn’t feel like the same game as the previous instalments. But it’s dragon age, so I will be getting it 😂
Oooooo, love Dragon Age although I feel like it never picked up after the first game! The gameplay for the latest doesn't look great also, we'll see though!
