I always come back to these videos. Peak music. Sadly since 2019 not many people make new vaporwave songs anymore and I miss when everyone was into vaporwave it’s literally the best music genre also future funk too
some of these songs (for example the yung bae, aests and saint pepsi songs) are future funk, not vaporwave. and the blank banshee songs are vapor trap, not vaporwave
Everytime I see this kind of videos I think if the person that made it isn't the same person as the artists in the video. They are all the same. Vaporwave was a little group of 5 people? I don't know different artists.
The effect of slowing down female voices from songs is pretty interesting. Makes them sound like old timey male singers often enough, in a very unique fashion.
It's actually amazing to me how I watched this video years ago and never got around to listening to Toshiki Kadomatsu till I got one of his albums recommended to me. Also Secret Lover is so much better than the "remix" Luxury Elite's version is an insult to the original.
