@@theadomsdit6632 I think on non RTX cards its still possible by rolling back Nvidia xperience to an old driver but I have an RTX 3090 🥲 so I cant roll back too far.
No one could ever convince me this is not Canon. (Mostly because anyone I ever shared this with would never actually watch the video, hence this is actually Canon)

On PC version, In the main menu there is a button that says: "REPLAYS". It records the games you play into files you can watch from different perspectives. Click that and choose a round you want to watch. It can be a bit buggy, sometimes you have to wait a few hours after a match until a file can be played without errors/crashes. Some buttons/shortcuts are not shown and may be found in keyboard settings in options. I don't know if console versions has a replay mode. Good luck!
I remember watching this when i was around 18 during the gmod era, now at 30 i wish someone would take the time to make a perfect rendition of that matrix 3 scene but with breen and gman !
The creator lent me the mod only to create this trailer, it wasn't complete or stabile at the time. But years pass by and people grow up. I'm happy I got to know him a little, great guy!
haha A long time ago in a Gmod server far far away. This was a golden era of youtube it's like to be never seen again. I saw this when it dropped I'm twice the age I was then.
