I was looking at going to this real estate school. I had no idea what the difference was in any of the upgraded courses. Are they needed? Are there any perks to getting them. After hearing only 50% become licensed and they offer what other schools do for double the price, it sounds like I need to do some more research.
Stay away from 360training/VanEd. I had a horrible experience with them. As others commented above, they put timers on each slide. This artificial timer is a total disrespect for anyone's time. The course materials contain very typos and are sometimes superfluous. Please also note that they require proctored and closed book final exams on all their real estate pre-licensing courses. Making it even worse, they only give 100 minutes to complete 100 questions and you have to find your own proctor! Many other reputable courses providers give free proctored and open book final exams. When I called their customer service they claimed that they followed the california state license requirement. That was a total BS. I called California DRE and spoke to the government staff and was able to confirm that there is NO state mandate on the pre-licensing courses final exam being closed-book. They baited you into their service with a slightly lower price, was it worth it with all the troubles and waste of time? Definitely NOT.
Thank you very much for making these videos. I almost spent the money on Champion and at the last minute decided to see what else was out there. After watching your videos I am happy to say I went with Aceable Agent and I am starting my course today. Thank you for being so detailed on these schools and including the pass rates as well. Top notch stuff!
Dope video, folks! It would be interesting to see you test and review Mystrika, it has totally changed the game for me. Closing deals has never been easier. Their detailed analytics make refining strategies a cakewalk.
Loved the video. But to turbocharge your lead gen, I recommend Mystrika. It has detailed analytics and their community is growing with more than 5000 users on Facebook. Seriously, you cannot go wrong with them.
This lead gen guide is solid! But you know what? I bet throwing Mystrika into your game would rock your world. Gives you some crazy tools for increasing email deliverability. It is like turning your leads into pure gold!
You are doing an amazing job with these Lead Gen guides. Why not spice it up a bit and explore Mystrika is role in cold emailing? With their A/B testing, you could probably close more deals than ever. Give it a shot!
Just watched your latest video on Lead Gen strategies, man you put out some serious wisdom! Ever heard of Mystrika? It is an absolute beast of a tool for cold emailing. You will definitely appreciate their detailed analytics to streamline your strategies.
Your understanding of lead gen is pretty dope. Now imagine coupling that with Mystrika for cold emailing. Trust me, your outreach campaigns will see new heights! Mystrika is unified inbox, the Unibox, takes managing multiple email addresses like a piece of cake!
Just dove into your latest video, Agent Advice. Really insightful! But the real game changer for us has been Mystrika. Their automatic bounce detection saves us so much time, it is like having an extra team member purely focused on emails!
Thank you! I just finished the free trial, I liked the layout. I think I am going to go through with it. I appreciate you showing that there's more videos in the curriculum and I agree with you on the drop down boxes to help with not zoning out while reading.
I took their continuing Ed course, which was supposed to be 22.5 hours. They put timers on each page now, including pages like the bio of the authors and introductions. I have 3 courses left and I’m over 25 hours in. They have no respect for agents’ time. I also found the material riddled with errors (i.e., citing acts passed as 2001 instead of 2011), typos and sloppy editing. I would never recommend 360 to any agent that values their time. The only pro is fast customer service. However the service agents are useless anyway. Zero stars.
This was helpful I actually paid for it already so I am kind of stuck! I don’t like the lack of collaborative approach and I am already worried about passing! Any advice while studying. I’ll be taking the test at home
Thank for this video. Since this video a year ago, do you think that Fathom's agent support access has improved? Concerned about being a new agent, but overall they seem like a good fit. Thanks!
You need to schedule for the state test. These courses are still mandatory because in order to get your license, you need a specific amount of hour credits from approved courses, then pass the corresponding state exam. This assumes you also meet the bare minimum criteria of obtaining a license such as age, legal stay, etc.
They sponsor one F of a lot of LYING AGENTS. And since "Let the master answer," just WAIT till they see the lawsuit for false representation, breach of contract, theft (removing anything cool about the place)...plus, extreme emotional distress! Their agent and their seller has done nothing but destroy my life with their lying bs. Just wait.
So much has changed since you did this. Splits, brokerage ratings and Real changed their name. I’m with Fathom after leaving being a top producer for another firm. EXP was not a fit for me.
Hi Sharon! What are your thoughts on Fathom? Mainly for a brand new agent. Seems like he was saying their agent support wasn't great at the time. How would you say the mentorship program and support is?
My brokerage is 70/30 until we hit 10 deals once we hit 10 deals then you go to 100% and you can pay this multiple ways monthly, per transaction, or 50/50 split.
My niece used them to pass her real estate course and she highly recommended this which is why I’m here trying to find other reviews She’s working a real estate office now very happy. If I didn’t see how it’s helped her I would not be considering it.
