I don't believe you have to be SDA to be saved. Some of all Christian denominations are saved but not 100% including SDA. Read John 3-16, it doesn't mention the sabbath.
I believe that Ron Wyatt discovered the things that he claimed and always assumed that he was a great man of God, until seeing this video. Hearing him espouse so much Adventist rhetoric that is contradictory to scripture, was tremendously disappointing, to be sure.
I came across Ronn a few years before he died and have really studied everything out he claimed. Ive come to the conclusion he was either delusional, a fraud, or lied in what he thought was doing good by bringing attention to the Bible. He was a mix of discovery, taking claim for others discoveries, and flat out making things up. Everything he found was always followed by a conspiracy as to why he couldn't prove any of it. There's also a 2 pt interview with Danny Shelton who got swindled out of 10k during the ark of the covenant discovery. He also borrowed a good bit from the book of Enoch lol.
