At the time I remember hearing the family were outside the police station looking for answers as the young woman said in the video and they were basically being fobbed off by the police for a while. At some point the police were lined up facing the crowd and people were becoming impatient and a teenaged girl who may have been mistaken for a boy due to her tomboy appearance, approached police shouting, basically saying the family needs answers or something to that effect and was roughly man handled by the police at which point the many people who had gathered there began to kick off.

I know what you're saying about the press these days Millwall is one of the most family oriented clubs in the country and do loads for charity and the local community but the press never talk about that. Last year I took my granddaughter to a game; we had a great day there was no trouble whatsoever but the press reported "violence flairs at Millwall" because two drunks had a fight in a pub a mile from the ground nothing to do with Millwall or football. We've come to expect it now; if two dogs have a fight on any patch of grass in Bermondsey or Rotherhithe the papers will do a story about trouble at Millwall
