Rental prices have become insane... Nobody's income was increasing at the same rate, so not sure how they justify the prices. Especially when many of the places are effing dumps. Same thing for purchasing. No way should a shack with 2br 1 bath at less than 1K sqft be going for $1m. But that's LA for you. It's like they're trying to drive out a certain type of people?🤔

My wife joined me toassist me as I cannot hear and have tinnitus. He did not want her present. I demanded she assist me. Now rushed questioning like I am being cross examined rapid fire. I was required to come to this meeting. I did. Now whether I agree the fight will continue.
Let's talk about the young, able-bodied people who took advantage of the rent moratorium to go on vacation and use the owed rent money on anything other than paying rent that was due to the landlord. Many mom and pop landlords, such as my family, rather keep our units empty or bring up the rental cost to keep up with inflation and unqualified renters out . These deadbeat tenants played a HUGE role in creating this crisis by not paying rent. Thank them for the increased homelessness and inflation. NOBODY owes these deadbeat tenants who were able to work.. free housing all the while they stole the money and rode from the backs of many elderly mom and pop property owners. So, stop complaining of how all of you POS deadbeat tenants/squatters are now unable to find afford housing.
What's the most frustrating to me is that all this information is out there, for free, available to everyone. And it's been available for a while, but most humans are just too ignorant and too dumb to do anything about their diet. I may eat healthy but when I'm in the small minority, this means my taxes are paying for all the medical procedures and "medicine" that wouldn't be needed in the first place if everyone ate a healthy diet. Which is why I believe this needs to be taught to every child throughout their school years

You can see by the comments, this problem is a GOVERNMENT issue. Specifically, a hard left issue. I am not left or right politically, but a big problem is the left stance that people need to be supported, homeless or not, regardlesss of breaking the law. Your own belly is full of saturated animal fat, your own storage fat. Even if this belly fat is made from vegan diet. So loosing weight is dangerous for you. Haha. Eating animal products, natural, is much safer way. Vegans must supplement nutrients, at least 15 of them, how this can be complex diet. Beef and eggs, butter. Nutrition solved for rest of your life.
