Hi there, thank you. I did this end of June/start of July. The spring/summer months are best, wouldn't want to be up there in rain/snow. However, you are exposed to the Sun for the whole ~10 hours so take plenty (more than you think is plenty) of water and have sun cream etc
Wieder so Pseudowanderer mit Turnschuhen !!!!Und dann noch mit Schnee!! Hat madame mit Photoaparat die Gipfel überstanden??Bleibt doch bitte im Unterland und filmt dort für eure likes...
Thanks! It took 11 hours from the top of Briezner Rothorn to the flat of Interlaken. Done some pretty tough hikes but this one was easily in the top 3 for exhaustion. Yeah would not recommend in poor weather :/
I did crib goch a few years ago for the first and only time in my early 40s with some much younger, more energetic (and persuasive!) friends. The ridge walk in this video brought it all back..but not in a good way.. A very odd mix of emotions at the time between absolute terror (I'm not good with heights) and an amazing sense of achievement for making it and pushing far and beyond past my comfort zone..not for the faint hearted. I preferred striding edge up Helvellyn in the lakes!
