Juice spikes insulin & glucose...You are better off doing water with electrolytes....Also spiking insulin throughout the day is what prevents fat burning...
My husband and I are on Day 5 on a 10 day juice fast. Its been tough but it helps when your spouse is on the journey with you. I've been watching videos like this for inspiration to get me thru our fast. Great video!
I'm on day ten shooting for 40. My longest fast was 41 days. I didn't weigh myself because I didn't want to know what I weighed because I know I gained a lot. I plan on doing 1 small meal a day once off.
Why would you eat an omelette, burger and steaks after a juice fast? Your system has just been cleaned out. These things will clog it up again. You should eat fruit, vegetables, salads, starches… what do you think made you unhealthy in the first place? Pointless waste of effort

You should go check out Los Cipotes Food Truck located at World Food Trucks! The first permanent food truck park. That food truck had a Pupuburger that is a pupusa burger! It’s unique and delicious!!!
