I use chives instead of parsley, and a whole slice of an heirloom beefsteak tomato! I also salt and pepper the tomato slice on both sides before placing it! Been doing this since the 1990’s and discovering Bail Pesto. Wonderful lunch!
New?? we have that since my childhood in Italy - and this is long ago ! - and why does a 5-Minute-receipe with shortenings last ~7.5 minutes plus baking time ? You can do that with many different fillings - kidz like it with sausages in it ... - but there is MANY more ...
