Hey Amanda! I've been vegan for about 4 years now but have never had a very nutritious healthy diet and am very low in multiple vitamins. Now that I'm a Mumma my little breastfed bub is now also lacking in those vitamins 😭 Would you be able to do some recipes that can be easily bulk cooked and frozen and easy to just grab out please!! I'd appreciate it so much ❤

You can put the potatoes in a pot, add cold water and bring it to a boil, this way you don't splash, love your recipes, definitely trying the overnight oats!
