Bought the Carbon !0'8 and the Junior. While the Junior has been fine for my 7 year old son I have had nothing but problems from day one with mine. For one the bag was way too small and impossible to get everything back in and in my effort the fin connection broke the first time trying to get back in the bag and the bag ripped (should have sent back right then)but decided to repair myself. Did not even try and use again until this summer and when I inflated there was a hole on the top of board through the padding. Emailed the company about my issues from the beginning and was informed that I could send back at my own expense $300. And they sent me a shipping comparison link for the UK really not helpful for the US. I did end up sending it from Georgia to California only for it not to be received(should have thrown in trash because that"s what it is). I did a lot of research for a nice board to ride with my family but made a $1,000 mistake don't do the same. My wife has had her board 5 years that cost $280 with zero issues.
Our Paddle broke after 2 x times.... The company has no costume service number, only communication via email, and it took 10 days to replace the Paddle and it still sent us the wrong one. Awful customer service and a flimsy paddle shaft.
Hi thanks for the video I really appreciate your effort. The paddle is new to me and their tutorials use the older blue one. Do you know in which direction the print „drive“ has to point to?
Good video, however I would disagree with the accessories score given that the 2022 board also came with a kayak seat (and cheaper too for what is essentially the same board).
It's right here actually, bluefinsupboards.com/cruise-carbon-paddleboard/?ref=333& Maybe you didn't see this category. Check it out. I find it fantastic :) Let me know your experience!
FYI: I would've enjoyed the review more if it had voice instead of bullet points. Could probably have conveyed more information and impressions that way.
Just upgraded my amazon cheap board to this bluefin 10.8. It was between this and the i rocker nautical, both excellent but the 5 year warrenty on the bluefin sold it for me
Excellent review! Thank you for the useful information, I was doubting between the Bluefin Cruise and this one but I think I'll go for this one instead.
I think they went with a two-fin rather than three-fin set up because the board needs to be folded in half before you roll it up (in order to fit in the smaller backpack). It's the same reason why the carry handle is off center.
How do you like it? I almost VERY close to buying this one. Did you have any trouble getting the middle fin inserted? I've read other people having issues with that.
Irocker sells a portable battery pack to use with their electric pump, so you can hike into a lake or just pump up away from your car. With the included battery clips it seems like one could also use a portable 12v battery.
This video is a year old, but I think it probably applies to what they're selling now. You can see how the pump works with the battery (no car plug in). ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GTRxUGOd2ao.html
There was 0 comparison in this comparison video lol and saying it can inflate 5 paddle boards = impressed by quality lol that's not quality. That's batter capacity. Which will degrade overtime. Plus it could break down on a second day - ie zero quality. Those are two things that are completely different. One interesting thing is that batteries no matter what are unstable can explode + overheat, loose their charge overtime without being used, have a limited charge discharge cycles. That why your old phone can't live long without a power socket. So if you want a pump to last more than 1-2 years of constant usage don't get the one with battery as it won't be able to last after a set amount of charges and discharges.also comparison could have included prices and features, ie actually comparing the pump. Keep it up tho trying to give constructive criticism even tho it seems person, it isn't just trying to help you improve!
dang you must have got the legit last one in stock my dude. This vs the Gili Meno, what would you recommend? im 300 lbs 5'7". big dude so i know i need one or the other for stability
