This is my RU-vid channel dedicated to my fishing adventures and fly tying. I like fishing for seatrout in Denmark on the coast and in the river. During winter I do a lot of flytying with friends aswell. On this channel I will share flytying tutorials and videos from my fishing trips. About me, I am a danish 47 year old school teacher with a lifelong passion for fishing. I almost always go for seatrout, but like the occasional trip for brown trout aswell. During summer I go fishing in my local river Voer å, which is a small stream close by, that I love. During fall, winter and spring I like to grab my flyrod and hit the coast for even more seatrout. Wintertime is also time for flytying, which I like very much aswell.

It’s a bobbin from Raidzap. Can highly recommend them. Easy to customize and very light in the hand. I have more experience ones but this is a favorite 😍

Har faktisk aldrig rigtigt dyrket det i fjorden. Har en enkelt gang prøvet en af Claus Eriksen skum skaters i fjorden og der gik de små ørreder efter den men den var for stor. Når skumfluefiskeriet i det sene forår og sommer er godt er jeg rykket i åen med først majfluefiskeriet og senere skumbiller. Har knoklet med at få det til at lykkes i min å men sidste sæson fik jeg endelig knækket koden så nu skal den have endnu mere gas. Det var suverænt denne flue der virkede bedst for mig.
Question from a novice fisherman, are these styles of lure exclusively for fly fishing? Or are they acceptable/logical to use for other forms of fishing as well?
Good question. Yes you can use flies for other type of fishing also. I’ve used them before after a bombarda and two metres of fluo Carbon line. That works very Well and you can even use two different flies with increased success
Nice!! Is there any information on what setup do you use for fjords?))) Flyline, forfang, tippet? Also would be interesting to know stripping styles :)
@@stiofain4693 thanks a lot. I always use a fluo carbon leader ending at 0.285 and adding a 0.26 fluo tippet. That is all I need for the type of fish we catch here. Hope that answers your question.
I think its gonna work just fine, love The colors too, have to make some too, i usually never get seatrout on shrips flies 😂 omöborsten works great in south sweden 😁
