Hello and welcome to my RU-vid channel. A short description of me. My name is Manuel, I am 42 years old and have been living in the Philippines since November 17, 2020. I am married to my wife Rose Angelle, she is 32 years young. We have 2 children. My son Bon is 10 years old and our daughter Riri is 2 years old.
In my RU-vid channel. I would like to give an insight into our life, work and other things. What we do for our future.
I renovate and build houses, apartments and much more.

It looks like you have a big DYI project going on there. I am a retired teacher and know very little about building and remodeling projects. I can usually find people around here to do that when I need it. Good Luck with that.
Hi Barry, yes it looks more like it is. because I had a construction company in Germany. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to do something here. Even if it's just things I do for my own benefit. It's not important what you've learned. Teaching is also a job that certainly wasn't easy. You can learn anything if you just want to. or at least inquire so that those who do something for you can't cheat you. for example My tiles for the apartment are normally $1200, I paid $240. Hi, Thank You. Yes, it's basically just a small project. Normally I would have finished it by the end of December. but a few changes and a quick 8 week delay in my delivery. I threw myself back a little. and yes in the other videos you can see all the clippings that I used for the bathroom and what I did. Oh, Mannheim is only 70 km away from my old town in Germany. I originally come from Heilbronn/Neckarsulm. Yes, in 1884 everything was fine in Germany. I was 3 years old. Please subscribe to my channel and leave me a like.
