Oh man! I was 12 years old in 1988 whenever “Married to the Mob” was in theaters. I had such a huge crush on this 52 year old actor. lol But it was awesome because through being his fan, I learned a lot about the history of America Cinema. He really did it all. A real example of a lifelong working actor.
She was without doubt a very beautiful young lady. One wonders had she been starting out in Hollywood today, just how many film offers would she have been offered.
I knew him from the Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica. He would park his BIG 70's car in front of the cafe and stroll into the cafe with his bathrobe blowing in the sea breeze. He was kind to all of the staff to the point of being a personal friend with his usual waitress.
What I like about her was she didn’t have that big toothy smile that they all have to have, she could smile but not always bearing her teeth. These so called beauty queens it seems that the camera has a preference for is a huge mouth full of teeth.
Thank you for this tribute to Fess Parker. He never lost those rugged frontier looks, even when he got old. As the song goes, "what a Boone, what a doer, what a dream comea truer was he" 🙏🏼🌹🦝
Glad to see that you are giving some credit to a great actor. As a bad guy he was the badest. Liked him a lot when he was in a few episodes of Maverick where he played big Mike the Irishman and was a friend of James Gardner
Yes, Keith Larsen was rugged and handsome. Northwest Passage starred my favorite LISA GAYE, who played Natula, the Red Indian princess in three episodes. She had a meaty part in the episode "Dead Reckoning". I do wish you could have included some sequences from this episode that shows Lisa to advantage as a young lady from finishing school. Lisa made a great pairing with Keith.

She was a legend and should be remembered for more than merely her performance in THE RED SHOES. But... she lived a good long life. She was an amazing, unforgettable ballerina. Those who saw her dance... didn't forget it. And I checked out her book on George Balanchine. The dear girl should be remembered for that as well. And to Heike Kretschmann, kudos for giving her such a legacy... such a tribute... And merde...
He deserved slot more respect by the music industry. He had an incredible amount of talent and a beautiful voice. I wish he could have more of his songs. He struggled through poverty and a hard life to get where he was. And a real cowboy!!
