kingsman 3 was such a shit movie half a war documentary half a spy movie that took itself too seriously with a horrible surprise villan with a character that the movie had to remind you even existed "hey remember this guy in the background of like 2 scenes with like 3 lines of dialogue in the entire movie? hes the surprise villan what a twist right! bet ya didnt see that coming"
I absolutely agree on first two, but I think you underestimate the third. It has its charm, better than the second at least. But yeah, they should've stopped at first
I never really thought about how One Piece has such amazing animation on a weekly schedule compared to a year+ schedule like other animes, even crazier now.
People never understanding the development of My hero is just crazy. Just because he still cries means you ignore every other thing that has changes for him as a character. Season 1 and season 7 deku are completely different in the way they approach everything
you didn’t understand the film is what happened. not one fucking person has said anything smart about this film. It’s insane. They have no clue what they watched.
MY problem with MHA is there's a lot of telling and not enough showing. Like Stain we're told about corrupt heroes but we never see them. In the moment it didn't matter we could've met them later never showed up, the closest is Endeavor and as a hero he is amazing solving more cases than even All Might who was a beast but as a human being he wasn't. Then we're told about the racism against mutant types again wasn't really delved into, or that group that hates quirks, we got the movie but that didn't really get into the meat of the organization, the Meta Liberation Army was also kind a pushed to the side by just joining the League of Villains. Three of these things would've made amazing arcs on their own. And let's not even talk about Quirkless people, they were completely sidelined their discrimination where they stood in all of this chaos we only met three quirkless people and two of them were All Might and Izuku the only quirkless person we know is Melissa. 20% of the population just didn't exist. I like MHA but one thing I wish Horikoshi did was slow down and take his time unless someone forced him to rush. One Piece has a way more fleshed out world. We understand the greys and the complexities. Like yeah the Marines side with Scum like the CD but it's unfortunately something they have to do to protect people from pirates who can be just as bad, that's why the Revs don't want the Marine's gone just the corrupt as hell CD. We've seen good pirates bad pirates and neutral pirates same with the Marines we've corrupt Marines, Honorable Marines, Brutal Marines. The racism that exist against Fishman and other races and how bad that gets like actual genocide and how that can turn them into monsters who are just as bad. It really shows the complexities well.
I don't think that's a) true b) fair c) not comparable: Because A) check the manga art for MHA it is mind blowing and goes from borderline cartoonish to manga to insane detailed horror shots in almost a junji ito style which is intended because Horikoshi wanted it to pop in krass contrast, but bones rarely does it justice because of their censorship guidelines for shows aired at 5pm in Japan. B) Deku hate usually comes from d*ck riding the Internet or just pretending to have read the manga. Deku has amazing character development he goes from this starry-eyed kid who idilosises hero society to an adult who is seeing society as it is and actively works on changing it for everyone, starting with protecting and saving the smallest cell of society -kids. Also throughout the series Deku has self-doubt and cries a lot, yes, BUT Deku never freaking whines. He goes two months without basically sleeping and eating and not even a single time complains about it but instead keeps going with "i'm fine". SPOILERS even when losing both of his arms he's like "I effed up but I have to find a solution somhow". SPOILERS END C) Deku is probably the only shonen protagonist who is ultimately willing to throw his dream out of the window for everyone else's sake and to protect the world. Most shonen protagonists have such a strong mindset that ultimately each enemy is submission to. Instead, Deku actually listens to and looks at the people he meets. Each arc he meets someone who has an issue with hero society and while inspiring a bunch of people Deku slowly changes his mindset because of them as well, and in the end, because of "his" villians he finally understands what a true hero really is. Power doesn't matter. It's when you can reach out and TRY to help no matter who is in front of you. Ruffys journey and character development is completely different from that. He is a socialiser and pushes himself too but ultimately he is and has been for the most parts the ideal leader, despite not being a stereotypical leader-figure. Don't get me wrong i love both series, but it annoys me quite a bit when people talk about a show or manga they apparently have not watched or read. Also Oda and Horkoshi are both fans of each other and good friends, so...maybe check out the interview they did together. Oda was Horis first supporter and he loved the ending of MHA too.

@langadube9611 I kinda disagree on a few points: the corrupt hero's are shown through Nagant, who let's you know the full truth about hero society and well, the main character Endeavour, who if you remember, Stain wanted to kill in the beginning as well (not because Endeavour is corrupt, but because his occupation is "hero" he himself in the beginning however is not, Stain hates "fakes"). And we kinda see it through side characters like Mt. Lady as well who started as a cloud-chaser but turned into a real hero at the end. Or like all the people who threw in the towel after it got tough. And the mutant thing is an anime only problem in my opinion and the reason a lot of manga fans disliked season five because the CRK (the creature rejection clan, the k k k of MHA) was cut from season 5 along with Spinners backstory and the part they added in again in season 6 was very brief and still censored. Still Shojis backstory and the unspoken but very obvious Martin Luther King vs Malcom X references were enough in my opinion as well. It wasn't preachy but highlighted again how a lot of sides can be correct, while also showing how extremism and mob violence works -> cornered people who push each other to more and more violence and it ties im the the extremism-paths shown in the rest of MHA especially within the league. Shiggy went from destroying a wall to trying to kill Allmight even if he has to kill a few kids in his path to killing thousands, because no one bothered to look at him. And that was actually foreshadowed by allmight in season one as well and by AFO because he knew Shiggy would immediately be looked upon as maniac and villian which would push Shiggy and ultimately crush Allmight after revealing who Shiggy is. As for the PNLF I kinda agree, except that again some parts from the Manga were cut too. In season seven for example there should have been a conversation between Geten and Compress in jail, were Geten reveals that he is a Himura (Shotos mums family side). He explains the Himuras tried to increase the power of ice quirks with incest ( O.O which is probably why this was cut), but that that lead to their wealth being stagnant and that they then resorted to selling their kids. Geten made it out by joining the PNLF. The info was a nice addition to the dooms day theory and again showing how important it is to protect kids to prevent them from taking terrible paths.
the difference is MHA is actually good and you CLEARLY havent actually watched MHA if you think "Deku hasnt changed he's wimpy" you mean the guy who breaks his own bones to deal damage to his enemies, who used black whip to USE HIS MANGLED BODY AS A PUPPET is a wimp? fucking bullshit and you know it. typical one piece fan lack of media literacy stay in your lane
Well said man, Koby gained his powers through hard work, training with Garp of all people(must have been super tough). Deku ate a hair and worked out a lot (The hair was most important lol).
1. Despite training with Garp (and learning some of the six powers), he was completely useless in the Marineford incident (until the end) and was crying the whole time. 2. In case you forgot, Deku still needed to train because his body couldn’t handle OFA power. He lacked any information on how to use OFA effectively and would constantly break his body until S3-S4. 3. Deku was always under the threat of villains in EVERY turn so it’s not like he is “just training”.
I think this is completely wrong reasoning, Deku is a complex character but completely different from Kobi. I agree that they both started out weak, but let's remember that in the first episode Deku literally throws himself in to save a person like Bakugo, a bully, from a villain he has no way of beating. my hero academia is a series focused on the sense of heroism, and one piece has a completely different meaning. so first of all they cannot be compared just as you cannot even compare the characters in terms of power level, having two completely different levels. I could also say that Garp would take them from Saitama, but basically the comparison cannot exist.
"Deku still remains to be the same person." No he's not? In the first episode, he was too scared to do anything. In the final chapters, he stands up to AFO, the world's most powerful villain. Just because he cries doesn't mean he's the same person.
@@saginichan He was already developing when he faced Bakugo in episode 6. By the last episode, he was facing high level villains when he was just a first year student. By season 2, he developed his skill to fully utilize one for all - while being threatened by a group of villains that could challenge even pros. He’s also just a kid - much like Koby. (Who is also a crybaby who was completely useless in the Marineford incident besides the end.)
Season 2.. Jusy after the movie. The plot was building towards all might vs that all for one guy. Which happened I found no reaosn to keep sticking around
@@saginichan So how can you compare Deku when you only watched 2 seasons vs Koby who had an entire 500+ episodes until he was actually relevant in the plot line? 😅
10/0 W, also acording to this @CaptainDufff person, "Deku was originally supposed to be a similar carefree character to luffy. But the creator decided to make him anxious and wimpy to be more relatable. But now he is just insufferable" could not be any more true. 20 or 30% of the first few episodes or first season is just deku crying. seriously. he cries more then a baby. and they cry A-LOT.

@saginichan There is legitimately a lot to say about the myriad of different ways this anime's production could have been handled, who's really at fault, the amount of bickering and extreme black-and-white feedback online, and that there *can* be a fantastic Junji Ito anime adaptation if it's put in the right hands. Your video, however, does a really good job at summarizing all the facts and the general reception.
@saginichan - I commented like that because bleach had a complex plot than it looks(I'm not talking about Aizen) - If you want to please rewatch bleach but don't watch fillers, they ruined the entire show main concept and made the series to watch for intense feats and fights - Please kindly reconsider your opinion
