Hey friend! I'm Mark, a visual storyteller living in Denver, Colorado. My family and friends have described me as fun, genuine and easy-going with a passion for adventure. My first photographic muse is this great big, beautiful world we live in. I am always planning my next getaway or exploring all the wonderful beach towns surrounding me, photographing the vast seascape or the rolling mountains. And that is precisely what I want to share with you! Through this channel I intend to share everything I know about Photography. From location scouting, in the field image capture and all the way through post-processing.
Welp now you know a little more about me. Thanks for stopping by and reading my bio. Now let me know about you and what I can help you with! Hit the subscribe button and leave me a comment or find me on social media. Instagram is where I am most responsive. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Such an amazing vlog and your photos! Wow! I wanted to see it so bad and got just a glimpse. But I am so glad you went the extra mile(s) and shared it with us! Thanks Mark!
Yeah that is always a trouble part of long exposures. If it’s a fairly calm day you should be alright but if there’s a gust of wind forget about it. I think the motion adds to the image so I don’t mind a bit of movement in the leaves.
Thanks man! Yeah I was super happy with the woodland shots. I was super bummed not to get the vista overlooks although it gives me a reason to go back.
Beautiful shots! The first one with the whirlpool was sick. I like how the color of the leaves reflected back into the water. Gotta go see this park for myself someday.
Thanks Brian! I was kinda surprised the light was as good as it was. Was good to get out and explore. With this park being so close to me, I have a feeling I’ll be back quite a bit this year.
I just came across your video today--- and thank you so much for the kind mention, Mark! I love that you did takeaways from the conference and rolled them into your own video. Nice work! :)
Thanks for checking it out! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with everyone. I learned a lot from that conference and this was a good way to reinforce what I learned.
I really made this video selfishly so I could look back and remind myself some of the big takeaways from this conference. Let me know which is your favorite tip!
In this situation not really I had the camera in sight at all times plus you had to do a bit of a scramble up to get to where I placed it so it wouldn’t have been a quick getaway if someone tried to take it.
