okay this is a great hoax - it is impossible to create enough pressure with just that barrel to pump water upwards from a few meters deep. I did not do the math (law of Bernoulli) but I expect you the drain / pump ration would be at least 1:10 - so if you drain 100 liters you pump 10 liters inwards.. so the 'extra' water from the well is very small, less than 10% of the water you have added 'the hard way' If this would actually work.. wouldn't you suspect this is not just some video on RU-vid but a much used principle?! If you have a continuous waterflow, like a river - you can pump up water with a ram-pump. This also has about a 10% efficiency or lower but.. since it works free and continuously it can be interesting for irrigation purposes.
This system is no pump and can lift no water up fro a well. Only water that comes out is that which you filled inn. When the barrel is empty, it all stops.
A few things to improve your design: 1: caulk the glass to prevent air escaping, 2) insulate the box - all sides, & 3 insulate the water hose as it enters and leaves the box. You could also play with the water flow rate to find the ideal rate for you. I would think slower would have a greater delta T. Nicely done though.
It will not be energy efficient this motor will consume 160 watts along with this metal weight fan because with small metal light weight fan blade this motor consume 120 watts .. when we put plastic blade it consume 80 watts of power with this heavy metal fan it consume 160 to 180 watts and then it become heatup and burn in 45 min to 1 hour. Actual ac ceiling fan consume 80 watts of power whixh is better then this method yes you can make it energy saving fan by replacing fan blade too fibre one or pvc plastic fan blade

Reflecton s not optimal... You need to move it to senter off ring... Use coper pipe,,, paint it black ... And make cyrcilaton to store hott whater..... and learn inglish ,,, :-)
