I suffer from anxiety myself but I refuse to allow it to stop me from living my dreams. My dream was always to become a public speaker, A writer, and a mentor for people who lacked the confidence to live their dreams. When I finally decided I had enough of living in constant fear and anxiety my life very quickly began to transform.
I have overcome severe anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts in my early twenties. I have also overcome a mental health breakdown at age 34, so I totally understand how difficult living with an anxiety disorder can be. I also know that anyone who is "committed" to living their dreams can because I have been doing it for over a decade now and I have 12 years of experience mentoring clients from all over the world on how to overcome their anxieties.

I'm not a fan of games either, but it's how the dating world is now, so you have to play or be a monk. My experience is that if you've been talking for a while and she has some feelings or attachment to you, she will reach back out. Also, if a woman likes you, she's going to test you and they love to use the phone for that. Don't reach out. Let her come to you.
I’m struggling to stop hiring escorts at this moment as well. I’m 32, live with family, in debt, and also don’t feel attractive. I would say as much as possible my friend. If you want to build confidence then you have to put a lot of effort in. Deep down in your heart, you know what to do my friend. Another tip to overcome social anxiety is to be honest, open, and vulnerable, authentic, when you communicate with people. You must learn to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Jonathan

After having a good day yesterday, I also feel so rough, stressed and have pangs of anxiety today. But, knowing that you are suffering too, means we suffer this altogether. It’s good you can still express yourself on an off-day. We all have them and to keep going the way you do, this is the goal 🙂
I did my longest ever run on Sunday, just under 14 miles, and I could barely walk the next day. Do you mix in some sprints Jonathan? I usually do a session of sprinting once a week. It helps with the mental health too, but in a different way. Sprinting at top speed, even just for a few seconds, really is exhilarating. It also helps to maintain testosterone levels, which is important for men over 40. Of course, you've got to be careful when sprinting to avoid injury.

The boost I get when cycling up a steep hill is priceless..back in Scotland when doing a very tough 80 mile cycle, I wanted to give up halfway through, but next time I gritted my teeth and smashed it, I even managed to cycle over 100 miles that day and the glow I had after that was awesome!
