8:18 How did you make your lights like that? with the halo but no head light? I wanted to do this on my CX-5 2017 as DRL with no success, can you please make a video to show? thanks.
Can I have the name or link of this steering wheel please? I checked Zymexx website but it has many different styles don’t know which one is correct. Thank you.
Looks great! I have a certain look in mind that I am about to start and painting calipers is a big one. Unfortunately wasn’t lucky enough to get the club with Brembos and they’re stupid expensive on their own. And I know I don’t necessarily need them nor do I really want them if it involves buying in their own. A guy at the Miata performance shop here so put your money towards something else that it’s almost a weight with how lite the car is… getting off topic, sorry. Question is do you happen to know any cheaper calipers that are larger than the stock ones? I’m just looking for a little bigger caliper to look good when it’s painted cause I’m worried you won’t see the small ones. I’ve looked at Wilwood but their set is $800. So didn’t know other brands. Thanks for any help
Fantastic work from the technician but surely everyone would agree these modifications should have been done at the factory by Mazda. Most owners would want these modifications anyway. The car is superbly finished! .. Well done to all (Hopefully PPF & ceramic coat to come?)
I've just had this bastuck exhaust fitted I would say there is a slight improvement in deeper sound around 10% there is absolutely no drone or boom from it, The quality is very good and it is a lot heavier than standard exhaust, For me it's perfect for my long road trips, But if you want an exhaust which is noticeable louder this is not the exhaust to go for.
I am intending to do exactly the same thing. No lowering the car but installing spacers. I bought 3 size 15mm,20mm,25mm. While installing those i will see what looks best.
A question. Why some people say that spacers are not good? A friend of mine, an ingeneer working for lamborghini race, told me that spacers do not consume any part of the sospensions. He says those only change the way to handle. But people scares me!!!!
Looks much better I'm going down the Eibach lowering spring and Bilstein B8 alternative I've had B14 Bilsteins on a previous car, and the ride was a bit too firm, so better quality shocks than my standard set up, and a 40mm drop
Impressive video. It’s hard to find true master mechanics who work on cars with absolute skill and precision. We’re lucky enough to have one of the best Mazda guys here in Dallas too.
How many service hours would you say this job would take at the dealership or a shop?(putting in the alcantara peices that is) Not like the actual time it'll take you guys/mechanics in general to do, but like a guesstimate of how much I'd be charged service hours-wise.
Love the look of the car overall. And that's very close to the longterm plans I have for my 17 rf club. I want to put the global cub multimatic and maybe other streetable suspension bits and brakes on, the oil and trans coolers. Maybe get the transmission rebuilt to the cup specs, ulter center exit + a header, a zymex wheel and Recaro Mazda oems or Recaro race buckets if they look oem the Alcantara oem bits and for the engine either the bbr turbo kit, cam the nd1 to run between 7500-8000 and still be daily drivable, or if kmiata makes a k20z3 swap kit for the nd I'll get a k20 built to run 8500-9k and still be streetable. I essentially want to make the Mazda miata version of a porsche gt3 Oh and maybe some 17x8 wheels but I kinda like the skinny tire grip of it. And then just some QoL stuff like putting the flying miata backup camera and rf top controller and trunk popper and hood struts and then the underbody panels to cover the rest of the exposed underbody
