The problem with DEI is this. 2:21 D - Diversity just means if there is a black person in the group as in big corporate work space or TV commercials, it’s “diverse” enough. Forget Asians Hispanics LGBTQ Arabs, Handicaps etc. as long as the blacks are satisfied, because they are where they believe they should be, there are no protests. Equality - mudded with Diversity. As long as you’re black, never mind your qualifications, you’re hired. United Airlines would hire you as a pilot. Just be black, then your qualifications are automatically equal to everyone else who is not black. Inclusion-forget the academic qualifications of Whites and Asians. Universities MUST have a place for blacks no matter the entrance test results. DEI: It’s supposed to support all races and gender and sexuality. But somehow it seems to be focused on black advantage.

This was back in the day when Salvation Army before they became a greedy multi billion-dollar business and not a not a church anymore used to be used to come around to the houses to the neighborhoods sing and praise and pray for you it was on the corner of I think what benzia and California across the street from moose no trying to find the Salvation Army in the neighborhood doesn't exist but they do have some lavish buildings and very good neighborhoods they have offices in downtown and Michigan Avenue and they have lavish spreads of many many acres in Texas California and here they have an academy somewhere on Broadway and Halsted around there that is so big and takes up so much part of that area and it is worth millions of dollars but they don't do nothing for the people anymore all they do is gather donations and solicit so they can so they can pick up your used furniture clothing and other items they get donated for free cars boats houses and they do not invest back in the neighborhoods they have second hands to sell you these stuff at exuberant prices
What people don't get that 40 acres and a mule was promised from someone who didn't have the authority to do so. You can't give something to someone that is not yours to give. The legislature is who decides these issues and it was never approved nor addressed in the proper way. To much time has passed for any claims to date.

Hey Black people, you can thank the BLM movement that did more harm to DEI than anyone can imagine! The Democrats gave groups like antifa and blm a free pass to tear shit up, break into stores like Apple and just take items and walk out, as a matter of fact, it's still happening in some parts of the country! When corporate whites in positions of power see these images in the media there will be an implicit biased reaction in their workplaces ! It's like pouring gasoline on a fire! Unfortunately, blacks in those corporate offices will pay the price so get used to it, this implicit racial bias will never go away. These radical leftist movements are never about bettering the lives of everyday blacks and certainly not blacks in the corporate world, they want to overthrow the government and create a communist environment. White people will always protect their corporate interests because they know all the money, marbles and chaulk are in their hands, it's a shame that black people in this country vote and live lifestyles that are against their interests. Playing implicit biased corporate games, initiating micro aggressions and demonstrating passive aggressive behavior in the corporate against black people will never change!!!
Dr. Darity gives a brilliant delivery of the crime, the victims,the perpetrators along with a blueprint of recovery for the descendants of those wronged as far back as emancipation and as recent as black people who are continuously receiving injustices, financial disparities To this day . The idea that reparations could and should be paid to the descendants of slaves in America is something that tears at the heart of white America with unjustifiable reasoning. Other than it threatens to place black people in a less vulnerable position in your society. But bare in that reparations or not Black people will receive freedom , justice and equality soon and very soon Reparations Now!!

I say draft the elderly in govt. and the women in govt. too that sign laws to harm our kids for other dirty nations. I’m a doctoral student who is doing a dissertation on working in a predominately white work setting. This video a part of my research really hits home when you begin to move up the career ladder and how hostile it gets with every new level. It has been my experience in leadership primarily is how White women have been extremely passive aggressive which includes manipulation and how Black women and White men are like are very protective of confronting White women who are wrong and my experience that White men have been intimidated by me because my education experience supersedes their own experiences.
The Amanda Timpson’s of the world get it from both sides, black people make it hard for other blacks in the workplace too, I live and work in Atlanta and its been my experience that if you're not with the “shits” when it comes to working in mostly black spaces, it will be no difference from working in mostly white space.
