I want to know when temperature is fillup that time thermostat is open and solenoid valve is closed and refrigerant flow is closed. Now this time compressor is off or running??if the compressor is off position they how the compressor off .
Hello One question According Your diagram, every time when thermostat is open ( high room temperature) thermostat timer is off ( stop counting time) this is correct? Another thing, as per Your drawing defrost timer cut power to compressor contactor so same time will be off compressor and solenoid valve. How refigerant will be removed from chiller room before next refrigeration cycle, or maybe this is not necessary because temperature in chiller is not so low like on freezer units
LPS and HPS suppose to use to control directly supply to compressor contactor? By previous mentioned things, maybe better defrost timer to have separate supply ?
Good Day sir...Normally kase sa mga walk in freezer and chiller ay mga 3 phase motor. Then kelangan din ng neutral line, which is your line 2? sa motor diagram mo may line 3? hindi ko po ma gets sir. pa help po., or pwede tlga gawin na return ung line 2??
As you can see in the wiring diagram walang papasok na current sa timer if mag auto yung thermostat. (ilang minuto lang naman ang pag auto ng thermostat). as of now sa ilang taon kung ginagawa ito never pa nagka problem. So, incase meron ka additional wiring on your own pwede mo baguhin sabi ko nga in my previous video marami tayong idea as a technician pwede mo baguhin as long safe sa compressor and safe sa lahat ng components.👈
Hay Ken how did ya go with that solution ? Mines a T31 2012 TL dci and it just starting having a similar problem , except it decides when to turn on and off it’s a rain sensing system . I’m gunna start trying to figure it out , if you find a solution pls brother , share it , if I figure it out b4 then I’ll let you know Thx heaps
@@oldfaithfuliii5997 still at it. I Tore apart the IPDM and BCM, even replaced them but issue persists. I however don't have that rain sensing system in mine. I'll now focus on wiring.
@Ken Machoka I found a couple fuses that were slightly burned , replaced them even thou they still worked , nil result , I tested the relays and thought I’d try disconnecting the battery for several hours to see if it would do a reset but unfortunately nothing helped , I’m now going to look to see if the rain sensor might be the problem over the weekend , thx for your reply I’ll keep you posted if I have any luck or figure it out , obviously if you do pls let me know , much appreciated, take care and have a great weekend
Hi Matthew, it's the beginning of the rainy season here, I've had to think of a quick fix for now. I've bypassed the IPDM and connected the wiper motor directly to the battery. I'm using an independent two way switch to vatiate between low and high speed. I will still do a top-to-bottom wiring check the get back once done.
@@KenMachoka hi Ken I just wanted to update you ! I found the fix ! Unbelievable btw , after checking everything I was left with 2 options , first your idea of the wiring harness which I deliberately left for last ( thank god ) because the next idea I had was the solution .I simply went to the local reckoning yard and bought a second hand wiper motor , I figured buying a second hand one would be smarter just in case it failed too but after I installed it it has fixed the problem, something so simple yet no one even mentioned it lol , the guy that sold it to me laught and said yeah we have sold a few of them and it seems to be the issue , so I believe it’s a common fault so if it happens again I’ll simply buy a New one . That I’m assuming would most likely be the issue with yours as well , I hope that help mate and thx heaps for keeping updated as well it’s great to see there’s ppl out there will to share ideas and help each other . All the best with it mate and take care brother 👍
@@arielcunanan4994 pwede mo ilagay ang fan wire L1 galing sa switch. to thermostat para pag nag trip ang thermostat sabay sila. Don't worry may video ako later na e upload para maayos. Thanks
@@arielcunanan4994 hi, mag wiring ako mamaya ha para maayos ko. If continuous andar ilagay mo isang wire sa NORMALLY OPEN ng magnetic contactor which is L2 and ang isa sa thermostat.
