The department of health in the state you were immunized have your records. You’ll need to go online to their website and submit your request I believe.

Hi i cannot afford all the book you recommended in your another video of hesi A2, i want to know more about nursehub. Is studying only nursehub enough to get 90 above in hesi?
Yes, if you really work through all the resources on Nurse Hub and are able to score well on that, then you should be able to get a similar score on the HESI. Pretty much any of the resources I recommend could be used alone, as long as you really cover all the material in it and understand it well.

Passing the HESI exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr James

You need to check what the requirements are for the school/s you apply to. Each school has different requirements. Mine did not require chem or physics; however, some do.
I personally did practice quizzes on all the topic areas, and then I studied in depth whatever areas I was not getting the score that I wanted. Best of luck on your studies!

Not really…you do learn to do measurements like weighing patients, taking temperatures, etc. but that is the extent of the math in the nurse aide course.

The calculator on the HESI A2 only has basic functions, so no-to my knowledge, there is not a square root function. I think the content & questions are very similar, so using the book you have should be fine. But I would take a look at what sections have been taken out or added to make sure that you’re not studying things you don’t need and also that you’re studying the added topics.
