Hulk keeps losing these because of his regen's limitation. He's really strong otherwise. Against Broly he can't handle the lack of flight or explosive energy attacks. They also both share the same trait with anger.
I hear nobody talking about how Broly got his eyes back at the end, meaning he was sane again! Broly being made cannon, is something i wished for eversince my childhood! R.I.P Akira Toriyama!
