Since this video doesn't have a narration, I decided to make my own soundtrack. I have a recording of Larry Adler's brilliant harmonica theme tune to the classic 1953 film Genevieve which of course is about the Brighton Veteran car rally. I played it over and over, it's such a joyous tune. He was nominated for the Academy Award that year for best soundtrack, and famously was not allowed to attend the ceremony because of being blacklisted. It was not until decades later that he was able to accept the nomination certificate from the Academy

Seems the slides are for a slightly different presentation or run on a different speed. Selfridge's theory is explained using the letter E but the slides show the letter H. Treisman's slides are shown far before her theory is explained. The presentation is otherwise very good and easy to follow. However, I always thought that Treisman's theory is now more commonly excepted.
