I’ve been coming to Ebisu Circuit and Japan since 2015 for the love of drifting!
I learnt to drive a manual car and drift at Ebsiu Circuit with my 350hp S14 (first ever car). it was a fun and challenging experience.
I then moved to New Zealand and worked for Genesis Massive, which was an awesome 2 years of drift events and JZXs.
Now I’m back living in Japan and I’m finally making my RU-vid to spread the joy of drifting and bring you awesome stories and content with my Panda JZX100 Chaser and hard aggressive driving!

can you share you partlist! i want to build one too and rookie drifter here. In my country we have only Mark 2 JZX110, so will really appreciate it if you can help with part list. We got 4 engines here, 1jz gte, 2jzge, 1uz & 3uz available with w58 transmission.
I just had my e36 manual swapped. Been so happy with it, got the 320zf 5 speed with the glorious 3:91 auto diff im thinking Imma get welded but also buy a 3:46 (hopefully lsd) for my regular diff. Then anytime I wanna go to the track with some buddys I can take a day to swap my diffs around & I’ll have the super torquey & shorter low end gears. Im telling you 2nd & 3rd will be where the money is with that 3:91. I was drifting it in the winter when it was a auto but it was so easy all it was is steer hard or give it gas then play with the throttle & wheel. I only had like maybe 16 hours of driving a manual under my belt prior to getting it swapped so I was still super nervous as I was having issues when I was learning in my buddys Hondas. But when I picked up my e36 I had no problem, for the first week I could count the amount of stalls I had on one hand. I was upshifting and downshifting, stop & go traffic, not having a jerky start from a stop, had to back out of a tight stall when I picked it up so I had to learn how to play with the clutch when backing up or parking right away & had no issues. Like I think half was due to me knowing how my car drives already so well but after a month I’ve figured out how to shift smoother, how to rev match, double clutch (I don’t use it), not any crazy hills but I can manage on your average steepness where you could roll back into someone. Some of my issues are due to the shift lever I have, it’s the wrong length after the pivot point & I think it may have been bent a bit in a weird way, it sits off centre to the right a tad & the throw is like 4 inches between gears (it’s literally almost edge to edge of the insert for the boot) so I loose momentum when shifting sometimes because of how long the throws are and I’m more cautious I’m putting it into the correct gear. I’ve got a short shifter on the way off eBay that I’ve heard only good things about, if I got the z3 shorter OEM shifter it’s like 240$ cad so I’m saving like 180$, if it don’t work out I’ll buy a OEM z3 one. I can’t wait to learn how to drift, I kinda understand the concept of clutch kicking but do you take your foot off the gas at all when you do it? using just pure throttle isn’t hard to grasp either as that’s essentially what I was already doing. Never used my ebreak so that’s another one I’d wanna figure out in a safe spot, then the Scandinavian flick & just the typical inertia drift are others I’d love to figure out. Even if I don’t drift this e36 much I’ll have a dedicated drift car eventually. However I want to learn how to drive this car properly, learn how to master the car so I’m well prepared for any situation on the roads. It’s such a cool thing when I see someone that truly knows they car. It’s like they are connected on a different level, my buddy when he drives his e36s is a example or I had a buddy with a Lexus is250 or 350 coupe (idk Lexus that well) & when he drove it he drove it like he was apart of the car, always had perfect control of it in almost any situation
