I understand that WBAL-TV, channel 11, is the NBC affiliate for Baltimore now and was prior to the 1980s, but NBC went back to WBAL-TV before CBS took over Westinghouse station WJZ-TV, channel 13 (Oprah Winfrey's 1-time employer), moving ABC to channel 2, so WMAR-TV has been affiliated with all "Big 3" networks.

Back in the day, WPSD (and KFVS) could reach as far south as Jackson, TN ... all day with a roof top antenna.

I REMEMBER that commercial! I grew up watching them on TV. They were a fun team!
