Even making small changes can have a BIG impact on your health!
Cancer-fighting foods include berries, cruciferous vegetables, fatty fish, and whole grains. Berries contain antioxidants that may reduce cancer risk. Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables have compounds like sulforaphane that can inhibit tumor growth. Fatty fish provides omega-3s and vitamin D, which may lower cancer risk. Whole grains offer fiber and antioxidants that can protect against various cancers.
Yes there are some vitamins like vitamin A ... If you give in the form of supplement then it's not good as it highly supports angiogenesis and same goes with vitamin E.....
@@tiffanyannmarion5071 that’s a great question- I don’t believe the study results on this are conclusive so it’s probably best to avoid taking it in supplement form, but safe to get it from eating foods high in B12 ❤️
There's only one compound that has repeatedly shown by multiple teams of biochemists to have a direct effect on the death of human cancer cells. That is trans vaccenic acid. May I ask you a guestion? I’m anemic and taking chemo treatment. They say eating beef is good. But others say stay away from beef. I have to take a shot for my red blood cells. Does the beef help ? I love your videos. Going back to watch past ones now that I have energy. Thank you🙂
@@elizabethwillow4487 thank you ☺️ eating red meat is ok as long as it’s not processed. Also, be sure you don’t exceed the recommended weekly intake of 6-8 ounces, once or twice a week. The portions of red meat served in restaurants are often way more than what’s recommended ❤️
@@charlenesaldivar5272 it would be smart to ask your doctor first especially if you’re currently on cancer treatment, but yes, B vitamins, especially folate are very important especially for pregnant women ❤️
If I hear one more video from a “cancer expert” that claims yet another food/vitamin “cures cancer”, im going to start ignoring RU-vid. They are exploiting people’s suffering to sell more videos and/or products they are pushing. But it hasn’t dawned on them that there are now literally dozens and dozens of supplements, vitamins and foods that supposedly “cure cancer” most of these recommendations are nothing but hype and deception.

Hi Sarah Very well put. Yes the sugar takes time. It is funny before i came down with cancer i could sweets all day long but after thinking what i eat with sugars i cut down one week and the 2nd week in half again and so on . now i am down to just about all whole foods with a half of a day some junk food but i don't even crave it. @@CancerRemission I know some names of hidden sugars but like Steve asked, is there a way to list them for us to look for on the miniscule ingredients labels? Also, what about something like Manuka honey? I had radiation for breast cancer and some of the redness was targeted in my neck area causing some esophagitis which the honey helped calm the irritation down. I gather honey is a no no too then? I still have 3/4 of a jar left ! Thnx for the great info...Cindy
@@cindycall4985 thanks Cindy ❤️ having honey or any sugar on occasion is fine, but the idea is to only have it on occasion. It’s when we consume it every day that it can become problematic. “Oh my God! This is unbelievable!!” Oncologist, to my friend with Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer, as he went over the results of her latest PET Imaging Scan one month ago. ALL of her solid tumors have disappeared, VANISHED! I got her off sugar and she’s eating a lot more healthfully now. I prepare all of her meals for her. I have her taking Turkey Tail Mushroom Extract, Liposomal Artemisinin, Milk Thistle Extract, and Fenbendazole 444 mg. per day. She’s been on these supplements for the past 8 months. Web search all of them to learn more. Turkey Tail Mushrooms increase your Killer T Cells and have been used in China and Japan for Millenia. Plenty of info here on youtube also. Good Luck!
Eggs and salmon contact so little vitamin d that it increases the blood levels by nothing, 4000 IU is what most people need meaning you rather get sun in your diet. Btw animal products in general aren't good for you. They aren't cancer fighting, because they don't contain anything other than protein and for dairy only protein, lactose and serum of the cow's immune system, which doesn't help adult humans. If you want real protein then 180g of soybeans have 25 grams of protein.
I’ve been carnivore only since 2017. So going on 7 years now. Zero deficiencies. I started it to cure my type 2 diabetes. My blood glucose went from an hourly avg of 250 to 85, measured every waking hour. And that happened in the first 24 hours. Diabetes is a sugar problem, not a fat problem. 4 months later confirmed cures by an HbA1c of 5.5% down from 11.8%. CURED. Also reversed my cancer. It began to shrink twice as fast as it had been growing. NO MORE CANCER. This is a well known side effect of not eating carbs for a very long time now. Dont feed cancer what it needs, and it dies. It must have sugar to ferment for fuel. Dont eat carbs, starve the cancer. Cancer goes away. And in no particular order, cured the following problems I had for at leadt 20 years…. - Kidney stones gone. At least one per month for at least two years before starting carnivore. GONE. - IBS gone - Asthma gone - Arthritis gone - Seasonal allergies gone - Mouth ulcers, previously about 3 or 4 times a year would erupt, making it very painful to even drink water, and eating was near impossible. GONE! - Yeast infections/heat rash/candida GONE - mental clarity! What an understatment!!!! - weight loss from 250 pounds to 190 pounds in 30 days. 60 pounds in one month! Hell yea!! - skin problems cleared up. Looked like psoriasis, never was diagnosed, but it went away, and has not returned. All of those things happened within the first couple of months or faster. I did not expect to have any affect on anything but diabetes. So I was pleasantly surprised. I am not going back to plants. For any reason. Only 60 pounds? I read way back in the 1970’s that the average American consumes 165 pounds of sugar per year. Source: ‘Sugar Blues’ by William Dufty. A very good read. Most commercial yogurts are fermented for a mere 4-8 hours so have very low bacterial counts. When I make yogurt I use Organic A-2 Milk and allow it to ferment for 36 hours. This will produce a yogurt with sky high probiotic bacteria counts, hundreds of billions per 1/2 cup! A-2 Milk doesn’t contain the elements that make people allergic to milk. I’m lactose intolerant and I tolerate A-2 Milk products very well. Whole Foods, Sprouts and many supermarkets now carry it. No allergic reactions! @@jmseipp Cancer REQUIRES glucose. It must ferment. Cancer uses hundreds of times more glucose than any normal cell. To get that much glucose in your body, you must eat carbs. That rules out all meat, and leaves only plants. Ergo, cancer requires that we eat plants, in order to survive.

@@billyblackmore4282 Humans are carnivore. When you eat against your diet, you have health problems. When I gave up all plants, I cured my type 2 diabetes. I reversed my cancer. I cured my arthritis, my asthma, my canker sores, my kidney stones, and more… My heart disease is reversing… because I gave up all plants.
I've suffered frm rhinitis & sinus allergies since very young. After my first child I'd suffer nunerous vag yeast infections. Thats when i cut dwn. Later in life, i developed a digestive disorder tht causes numerous complications, incl erosive oesophagitis thats compromised mucosal barrier in the digestive tract. Sugar is an acid so began to cause pain & ulcers in my mouth, oesophagus & stomach and a general feeling of being inwell. It also added fuel to the fire wih regards to symptoms i suffer from other other health conditions - autoimmune thyroiditis & fybromyalgia. So i cut dwn even more. Now being older & wiser, I cut dwn drastically since learning it destroys collagen, which I need for my face to look gd😂. The sugarcane plant is naturally susceptible to fungal & bacterial disease. It causes fungal infections, allergies & inflammation. Cutting dwn means cutting diwn ur chances of sugar addiction, obesity, diabetes & alot more. We naturally crave carbs as we age, but if we can be disciplined, then a big benefit & incentive of doing so wud be to our skin & teeth😊
