would love to see a cinematogrophic analysis of the new Uma Musume movie once it's available, i'm dying to see it with subtitles, the trailers looked so gorgeous
I was NOT expecting to see a video like this for the Sasakoi anime! I honestly felt kinda alone for caring about and paying very close attention to this anime's visuals, storyboard and composition. Caring enough that I was the one who've been editing in the main episode staff names to ANN and Wikipedia week after week because no one else bothered to. So seeing this video was a bit of relief! I also made the same observation about this anime having a fairly strong and thoughtful composition despite the quality of the visuals. That definitely elevates Sasakoi from being a typical seasonal slop. I also think that this anime surprisingly has pretty strong character art. At least Eku Takeshima isn't being done dirty in this regard despite everything. And oh! I'm really glad that you brought up Akira Mano and his past work. Admitedly, I have a tendency to hyperfixate on the individual episode director and storyboarder which made me miss out on the extent the series director has influence over certain decisions. Now all that said, I deeply appreciate your videos about anime composition! It's a subject that I've been thinking a lot more recently as an aspiring animator. Thanks!
I am fan of Popipa, but after this anime, I converted to MyGo. Then again, can anyone tell me, why Sakiko disbands Crychic without any explanation, and why she so hateful to Tomori or any of the Ex- crychic members? It's kinda like to me that Bushiroad purposely didn't explain this in MyGo anime *because* they wanted you to go watch Ave Mujica. I don't really care what's going on with Sakiko's family, but just I want to know what drives her that way. Like I still found it irresponsible to disband like that and make a new band what I'd like to call copy paste Roselia (please dont attack me as this is just my opinion, I have listen to their music and a lot of people gave positive comments in there so this is definitely me and only me 😂). The way I see last episode where Ave Mujica debuts is that it kinda looked like they just want to make money for some kind of revenge for Sakiko, that's kinda like the vibe I see from her the moment she said tadaima kuso oyaji. Either way, I still wanna know, what drives her to disband Crychic and what drives her becomes that bad of a person.
Hi i am a viewer from China. in chinese forum this question is also discussed a lot. this is what we think: there are 4 pieces of puzzle in the mystery of sakiko disbands crychic. 1. why can't sakiko play band? 2. Why can't she tells the truth to her friends in crychic? 3. why she goes to the normal school instead of elite school? 4. why she needs the member of mujica to "carry life into mujica"? Our answer is that sakiko and musumi are originally sisters with different parent. 1. remember soyo took a picture and posted on social media? that many find out the relationship between sakiko and misumi, and their parents wants to hide it (scandal reasons maybe). so they forced the two not to appear in the same place, and even forced sakiko's dad leave the big house. this also explains in ep13 sakiko and father live in poor little room. (many evidences but too much to wirte them all here so just say the result) 2. because of (1), sakiko can't tell these to teammates. remember ep1 when they disbands, not only sakiko, but you can see misumi also expressed a negative feeling of crychic by "I don't feel happy at all". they both know what happened and they disbands crychic. that's the agreement they made at home. (In fact misumi knows the news first. In ep3 after their first live, only misumi wasnt smiling) 3. scandal reason sakikos dad forced out of big house and with no money, so sakiko can't afford elite school also she needs to work. It;s also a way to seperate sakiko and misumi. remember ep4 when misumi come to normal school to find sakiko, sakiko said "it's too obvious", which means she thinks misumi shouldnt come to find her that its too obvious that others can find out they are sisters. 4. Ave Mujica is rebel to sakiko and misumi's family. In case they are not recognized, they put on masks. rememer the image of "dolls"? that's a very interested part as it could symbolize both sakiko and misumi as dolls with no thinking to their family so they need to prove it to family by forming ave mujica and debut as quick as they can. these are just a short piece of our discussion. we can discuss more on this if u r interested.
@@LeoYang-d9e Damn, that was incredible answer. I am impressed not gonna lie. And most of your points are really on point. Thank you so much for such detailed explanation man, I really appreciate it 👏😭
