I tried this on my left leg. I was having incredible pain at the fibular head and knee area (no idea how it happened). I did this exercise a few times, my leg or knee popped, and I am back to normal. Thank you!

Hi, you could breakdown the exercise to squats, and single leg exercises, lunges, split squats and build up your leg muscles and see if that help.

​@@SYBphysiopilatesI'm very comfortable in the squat position. My single legged squats/pistol squats are almost non existent however. Could be hip mobility as my ankle flexibility seems great. Anyway, I've since been progressing on single legged touch downs, slowly getting to a pistol squat!

Yes, just build up the pressure and loading slowly and work within your pain range.

Hi, I play semi-profi ice hockey. I had cca 3 years ago right arm AC Injury grade 3 and after a few weeks it "dissapeared" without consequences. I think I am quite musculvative, so the shoulder is well supported from all sides. Yesterday I hit the boards with another (left) shoulder and I again heard this "crack" sound although way smaller than 3 years ago. It again hurts where it did the last time, but this time it hurts way less as I guess it was way smaller injury. Also I don't see the "bulge" which appeared last time on the right shoulder and never dissapeared. I guess I need some week(s) a break but my question is.... ..as with normal arm rotation to all sides I cause pain max cca 2/10 (10 the worst pain) and when trying to really make biggest pain (by pushing arm against something) I reach cca 6/10. I am able to do all the excercises you listed with max pain 3/10, even I can do a proper push up with such a small pain. Shall I completely keep calm, do nothing and wait when all pain symptoms dissapear or shall I start with light excercises from your video ? Thanks, Regards, Vladimir

Grade 2 KL osteoarthritis of left knee. Sharp pain present for second or two when pressure to left knee. (Pain is transient). Possibly PTFJ?

It's about graded exposure, you build up the difficulty and move to the next level when you feel ready to.

i got heavy ankle sprain,then after a month my knee hip starts paining,ankle pain is gone but ankle joint can't flex fully for long time,and knee pain still there
