A friend of mine is HIV positive from head butting a guy during a fight (broke his and the other’s skin during the hit). He’s now required to take very expensive medicine for the rest of his life while facing other hardships. Be prepared to have bad things happen to you and the ones you care for when attempting to do bad things to others (even if they deserve it). They always seem to leave that part out in these videos and the movies. Moral of the story, make sure you’re wearing a helmet.

Well no not really because it boils down to if there active forms or not if there inactive then there sht and pointless but if there active your golden but even then there’s limitations you then have too make sure that the product doesn’t contain too much vitamin E and A and B6 and others as to much of theses seem to cause head aches and tummy upsets not to mention the fact supplements that contain high amounts of beta carotene can cause disease if long term exposure messing around with supplements with no knowledge is dangerous
11:00 I don't know man... the front squat is always felt a lot more on the quads not eh glutes, both are used obviously, but you can FEEL it more on the quads. I feel the glutes more if I do a back squat but INTENTIONALLY lean the torso a bit more, placing the bar a bit higher (high v. low bar placement), and thus also INTENTIONALLY pushing the hips A BIT further back, on a slower lowering phase, eccentric part, so in the concentric part you NEED to use the hips more (glutes), not leaving their use to feel or subjective "engagement" of them. Tbh this isnt completely true. I am a track athlete and i train everyday, so yes i am fit. But i struggle with anxiety and adhd so my heart rate trought the day is often in the high 60s low 70s, but if i focus on breathing i can get it fown to 54-59 Also everytime i read about optimal heart rate, that gives me anxiety so when i check my heart rate is always so high lol😂
