Not even a stool analysis in the US they don't know what test to do. Do a parasite cleanse like pin worm med and then Look at your BM every time. The next 2 -7 days. You have to get an adult specimen for many variations some worms have enzymes to go undetected. Some hide in tissue like nervous tissue and brain tissue . Some hide in cysts

The easiest way is noticing if it feels heavy or not when you pick it up . Calcium carbonate is what does this and it is a form of cemente. I’m serious . So look at the ingredient list underneath the vitamins list and avoid that ingredient . Then look for vit b12 to be methylcobalabin NOT cyanacobolabin . It’s a form of synthetic cyanide. You read that right lol. And then look for vitamins that don’t give you 1000% daily values because when they’re extracted from Whole Foods they’re closer to 100-200% .

Is it better to have the car on and in neutral, or have the car off and in neutral? Only found one site tell me pushing an automatic car too much can be bad for the transmission, but now I'm not sure.

I am a big dude and hate gping to bars. I have the smallest people want to take me on all the time. Sober 5'8" family man, drunk 10'11" wanna be fighter. I just avoid bars because I will be the one that gets un trouble and gots to jail. I'll pass. My punching bag knows not to mess with me. Lol

A friend of mine is HIV positive from head butting a guy during a fight (broke his and the other’s skin during the hit). He’s now required to take very expensive medicine for the rest of his life while facing other hardships. Be prepared to have bad things happen to you and the ones you care for when attempting to do bad things to others (even if they deserve it). They always seem to leave that part out in these videos and the movies. Moral of the story, make sure you’re wearing a helmet.

Well no not really because it boils down to if there active forms or not if there inactive then there sht and pointless but if there active your golden but even then there’s limitations you then have too make sure that the product doesn’t contain too much vitamin E and A and B6 and others as to much of theses seem to cause head aches and tummy upsets not to mention the fact supplements that contain high amounts of beta carotene can cause disease if long term exposure messing around with supplements with no knowledge is dangerous

11:00 I don't know man... the front squat is always felt a lot more on the quads not eh glutes, both are used obviously, but you can FEEL it more on the quads. I feel the glutes more if I do a back squat but INTENTIONALLY lean the torso a bit more, placing the bar a bit higher (high v. low bar placement), and thus also INTENTIONALLY pushing the hips A BIT further back, on a slower lowering phase, eccentric part, so in the concentric part you NEED to use the hips more (glutes), not leaving their use to feel or subjective "engagement" of them. Of course I always use the 6-8 rep max weight for resistance or intensity,

47:35 This is also what I have been saying to do with all DOCTORS, about the myriad of advice, enzymes, cellular wall, macro versus micro nutrients, plastics or micro plastics (are they eliminated or not, some docs swear for eating two cloves a day, some swear vinegar is a cure all or cleanse all for the gut, some swear for fermented foods, some say don't eat the yolks of the eggs, some say that is where all the nutrition is, some say walk and that's enough but some say resistance training, some say you don't have to squat to get the SAME results, some say f-u if you don't squat you are never truly functional, some swear by the deadlift, some say no carbs, some say add carbs, some you can do the same thing with veggies, some say you can never drink enough water, some say that is bs you only need five glasses, some say it is still sh!t if the water is not "pure" and others say bullsh!t the body EVOLVED to deal with contaminants and is very good at that, some say sleep eight hours some say it depends, five to six is enough for most people, some say x amount of grams of protein a day, some say that is too low, some say no fats others say "good fats" some say no vegetable oils, some say they are ok, some say just butter, some say that will clog your arteries, some say sleep on a hard surface, some say.... the list is ENDLESS. So yes, lock all the MF up someplace, like a huge stadium, and seal the doors give them food and water and when they come to a consesousl with VERY FEW nuances, then they can come out, why?? Bc docs and uniformed trainers and teaches are the professions I have come to identify as doing the MOST damage with their advice or teachings, the placebo and nocevo effects are the strongest with those THREE fields. Trainers in a gym damage the person almost permanently if they know very little technique and nutrition, and what the GOOD trainers call "proper loading" which is as yet a very undefined term... proper loading for a set of five and a set of fifteen is very different, it also depends on the number os SETS expected... I have yet to see a video deciphering that whole issue... the best ones I have seen still have a lotttt of "depends" and nuances in it.... too many, that is the problem, you guys leave a lot of room for charlatans to come in and bullsh!t their way into profits with products they don't even know, claiming in the cracks of what you leave too open a lot of things and benefits. Same with doctors and dream killers, oh I meant " primary and secondary school teachers"

Bas is brilliant, just a great guy such charisma, ive used the headbutt, i didnt have to hit him again he dropped to the floor like lead, his nose was splattered in blood, heres the thing im also a black belt in karate and kickboxing and my friends were like omg all that training and you simply headbutt the guy, i replied cos thats all it took, the guy was right in my face, im not going to bother trying a big fancy kick am i DUH.😂😂 they watch too much van dame 😂

Tbh this isnt completely true. I am a track athlete and i train everyday, so yes i am fit. But i struggle with anxiety and adhd so my heart rate trought the day is often in the high 60s low 70s, but if i focus on breathing i can get it fown to 54-59 Also everytime i read about optimal heart rate, that gives me anxiety so when i check my heart rate is always so high lol😂
