Its actually simple to clean mildew. This is what you need. Spray Vinegar to kill the subsurface mold spores, let it sit for 20min then fresh water rince. Next, mix your own bleach/water... Start with 2 tablespoon of bleach in a 32ounce spray bottle..AVOID stitching at all cost. I use a soft brush and microfiber towel to clean with.. Now, you must neutralize the area you just cleaned. You can do this with a spray bottle of 1part hydrogen peroxide and 10parts water. Spray that area and let sit for 5min...next.. I always rince for 20min with fresh water.. Lots and lots of water. Done... If the results are not to your liking.. Increase the bleach concentration... Just do it in very small increases. Sometimes just a cap full with 32ounce of water is plenty.. Doesn't take much. Incase you are wondering.. Little secret.. All marine mildew remover uses bleach as the active ingredient... Because honestly its the only thing that works.
Dont mix chemicals especially bleach and soap even if it wont kill you theres no reason to fuck your health up for an equal clean just use bleach and hot water
