Does it make your tendons weak and frail or does it make them relatively weak? My question is, do tendons get weaker with gear or is it that your tendons cannot keep up with the muscle growth/strength?
The just because on gear your strength/muscle gains goes so fast up without strength it tendons … so weaker tendons for the weight load is more possible
Rest. Actually keeping my butt out of the gym is finally yielding real results. I have far more energy and intensity on the days I train. A fellow 🐊 alumnus. 💯💯👍☝️
So, there was an arrest that I haven't heard anything on. Melissa Bumstead. Her case was minor of course but no news on it? I am sure it wasn't her stuff anyway.
This was beautiful. I come from a martial arts background and have dealt with plenty of people that if you're the outsider they match you up against their boy that has 20lbs on you. They've got someone your size but he's fighting an out of towner that is 20lbs lighter. They've got an out of towner as big as my opponent whose 20lbs larger but he's matched up against a guy 40lbs heavier than you. Even in powerlifting out of towners gotta hold the bar on their chest or locked out 5 plus seconds when the people at that gym are getting press and rack commands before they touch their chest or lockout. I was jaded but after 7 or 8 strongman events where i am always the out of towner recording every athlete absolutely no one has given me a reason to question the outcome.
I’ve got one off Amazon that attaches to a squat rack. Cheap. And the amount of plates is pretty good relation to what I would squat. Plus I use less and do higher reps since I can have perfect form
I can understand if you're making money with youre physique taking steroids. But if you're taking them just to look good, makes no sense to me. They dont make you healthier, very often people do them longer and in higher amounts then they planned on, and can have nasty side effects. Its like smoking. Just not worth it for the average gym goer.
Every healthy person will have traces of nandrolone in their system because aromatase doesn't always work perfectly. A zero tolerance policy for anabolic steroids means you can't have human employees.
It's unjust that the law doesn't allow lying to federal agents. If I'm talking to a law enforcement officer outside of court I'm not under oath, I'm not employed in a job that requires honesty, and I'm not unjustly harming someone's reputation -- there's no good reason the First Amendment shouldn't protect my right to lie. Law enforcement officers get to lie to the public all they want even though their job ought to require honesty and their lies often unjustly harm people's reputations.
Good discussion. We still have a Prohibitionist mentality in the U.S. Obviously, there should be some restrictions on drugs -- especially for those under 18 years old -- and certainly that would include dangerous drugs such as fentanyl or addictive recreational drugs. Also, as with beer or alcohol companies that cannot own bars or saloons, so PED drug companies should be restricted from owning retail outlets, pharmacies, or gyms. But there is no good reason for criminalizing PEDs other than the Prohibitionist mentality.
Rick is an awesome lawyer. The cop he spoke about I knew personally. Everything he said was 100% true, I told him not to worry he was in good hands. Thankfully everything turned out good. If anyone has an issue I strongly suggest you contact him. Rick’s the man.
