Really good video. Thanks! Lust and Love are not opposites but need to be integrated! Attachment and addiction to one becomes suffering. But also addiction and attachment creates feelings which we deeply want I believe, that's why we are addicted to something in the first place. Our psyche is deep. From experience I can tell that after all there aren't so many people who match together (which is NOT just sameness, just as two matching puzzle pieces are not same!) but there are definitely more than ONE ("the only one", which is in my opinion really the yearning after my own self). I believe there are at least 1000 people on the whole world who match really really good with everybody. Sometimes more, sometimes a little less maybe. I want to add that I believe it is possible to have a lustful, superficial relationship, which is super fine. But true love is only found in a process of getting to really know the other person aka becoming more and more intimate. And that can go as long as both partners live because we are deep (99% subconscious!). And it doesn't *exclude* the surface just like a car has a motor but still has a pretty outside!

Than you Amide. Im really glad that I got guidance from my gynecologist, it was mainly due to family history that he recommended mixed hormones for me. My mom was only 36 when she entered menopause, so there is a history about early menopause and osteoporosis. Other wise we have pretty much great genes. Like with everything there are pros and cons with hormone replacement therapy and we are gaining more and more data and guidelines for the treatments. Anxiety and depressive problems, can be due to menopaus. This is not medial advice but taking a few days to read on the pros and cons (information hopefully given by your doctor) can help you make the right decision for you.
