If you have a UEFI Bios it requires FAT32 filesystem for any usb bootable device, but if you have an MBR system then you can use NTFS file system

The people that made PC software are so fucking stupid that im afraid to even buy extra storage drives. Half of storage space is just nonsense that should be stored in a companies servers and not take up personal computer space. I can't even delete the office apps on my gaming laptop which already take up too much space to begin with, pc software is extremely outdated and people need to start realizing that.
