I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the requirements for reapplying for my wife's Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) extension. Recently, we applied for the extension of my wife's SOWP following the approval of my Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP). Unfortunately, the application was refused, and upon reviewing our submission, we realized that we inadvertently omitted to provide information under the "Client Information" section. We mistakenly believed it was optional. Moving forward, as we prepare to reapply, we seek clarity on a specific aspect of the application process. As the primary applicant, I understand the importance of having a job with a NOC code, particularly in Tier 0123. However, our current employment falls under Tier 4 due to our roles in customer services. Given this circumstance, could you please advise if having a job in any NOC code would suffice for the primary applicant, or is it imperative to have a job specifically categorized under Tier 0123? We have all the necessary documents, including valid offer letters and pay stubs, to support our application. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated as we aim to rectify the oversight and ensure a successful reapplication.
I want to ask submit my file for work permit and i want my wife and my child come along with me on dependent visa. Is this possible we move to canada together.
