A beautiful and relaxing contrast and antidote to the hedonism and diversity heap of South Belfast that you captured wonderfully and candidly in your previous video. Hail Dalriada! For sure! Thanks 👍
Why hate people who have a different skin colour to yours? If you say hello, you may be surprised to find a person that shares more in common with you than you realise.
@@Alunatic77 Are you for real? You think that all associated social, cultural and economic problems brought on by mass immigration and rapid cultural change on these Islands can be resolved by having a chat with someone who looks foreign? Most of us work and interact with non natives in our daily lives, it's unavoidable. You're the only tool talking about hate and skin colour...they're your fetishes, no one else's.
100% mate. Everywhere is right, ever see Manchester with the likes of Charlie Veitch's videos. Shocking. Some many traitors and collaborators have allowed this to happen
@shadowmanstrolls811 I just noticed some my old comments where deleted by youtube, strange, 😒, youtube is too sensitive, delete comment, for no reason. It's really annoying
belfast has always been shabby and no amount of student accom will change that. They need to build the infra and redesign the city to accommodate all these new people and traffic they have planned for...but haven't planned for...
@@shadowmanstrolls811 I think the fact that the popular night spots abandoned this side of the city once seen as the Golden mile for to do business within Cathedral Quarter. Such a shame it's turned out like the way it has, and also Great Victoria street has been left to rot and open to vandalism and graffiti in the same way North Street has been left severally neglected for over 2 decades. Seems no one cares anymore enough to revive it. Sure building Student accommodation is good but what night life have the students got this side of the city? No point building nothing but student accommodation if there's sweet FA for the students to do during the weekends apart from spending an absolute fortune on taxi fares too and from Cathedral Quarter.
Great drive, again. The contrasts of the urban landscape around Belfast are sometimes quite mesmerizing. Scene at 02:46 when the Glider sneaks into view as you wait at the traffic lights near the Go station looks a bit cyberpunk, ha! I love the whole aesthetic of the Gliders, they look amazing flying along the east/west of the city. btw impeccable soundtrack.
Used to love getting up early on a saturday smoking a bong then a fry in Dunnes and a dander about the town with a stop at St. Georges. Haven't been in town in years. Simpler and happy times.😁
Good afternoon, how did I get connected to this video?? I clicked on something different. I am really surprised? Is this divine intervention? Hello Northern Ireland, thanks for connecting and reaching out. I really need help currently so I appreciate the connection. It is mysterious to me how I got connected to you in the first place? I would love to visit Northern Ireland. A nice drive in this video.
mate i worked in that area for a few years , white rise , hazel view , hazel glen , i soon got used to it and never had any bother , all around twinbrook and poleglass never had a problem 🇬🇧👍
Great entertaining walk through the city centre. The quality of the upload is impressive. Hope you enjoyed a couple of beers yourself after that. Nice North and West city drive earlier too. Cheers.
I made an earlier post last year where I stated just how bad things were. Swore I wouldn't return, but hey ho I took advantage of a cheap ferry deal and returned at the back end of May. Again, met some amazing people and had a good time. Travelled around the province, but was depressed as hell to see just how bad things were in Belfast and I could now see the change happening in LDerry.
Your walking down the well know student area of Belfast, just as al the students have left for summer. Then picking random alley ways to walk down. You could do this anywhere and make it look terrible. Not a great video and not a true representation of the city
I'm walking down an area that was once well known as a student area, it is now known for it's large migrant population, pop off and read the census for the area. I reference the student aspect of the area in the video. "Picking random alleyways to walk down ", as opposed to set/designated alleyways, not sure what you are waffling about, I went down a couple of alleyways in the video. I've filmed loads of area in the city, and this is a true representation of the botanic area which has turned into a complete dump. Cheers for the critique Barry Norman, sure you do a video and we'll compare
I enjoyed the commentary in this one. It really adds to the experience. Can you visit the Townsend St and Greenland St area some time? My dad was from there.
